"Checkin was easy and fast! Room was clean. That is the extent of pluses. The room was within 20 feet of a 6 lane highway and the entry door ( the only thing between us and the outside) was not weather stripped on the bottom so there was a place for noise to enter the room unimpeded! The AC unit was like a jet plane and wouldn't change speed! Thank god we brought good ear plugs! The toilet seat had no lid and there was no kleenex supplied in the room and only one washcloth! The shower was scalding hot and difficult to use! There was no phone in the room and Wifi was not available since the service was under repair! No dining facility of any kind on the premises! No microwave! No coffee maker! Staff was not available between 11pm and 8am! We made the best of it but, I would not recommend this place! When the staff was there we found them to be nice and amenable."

"Mostly clean hotel with some decent amenities. Valet parking was too expensive, especially after having to wait almost an hour for my car to be brought around. The valet working seemed overwhelmed but was very apologetic. Location isn't terrible, tried to utilize the on-site café but no one was around, luckily Publix is right next door."
