Great place!

The property itself is beautiful and the staff was great. However, we booked a suite and had to have engineering come up almost every day to fix something with our room. The first night our sliding door wouldn't close, then our wifi stopped worked, our toilet stopped flushing, and we also lost hot water were unable to use the bath (selling point of the suite). Definitely a let down to book a nice property when the rooms were such a letdown. The staff was super nice, but we shouldn't have had to call them up every day to fix something.

The service was not good

very nice property. very nice rooms. Our view was spectacular. The lobby is beautiful. The staff are generous and sweet although some can't speak English very well. The only small knock was that the bathtub drain didn't fully close.

Some of fhe fixtures like shower handle fell off attempting to turn it on, luckily i was able to put it back on and still use it. Shower tile dirty...corners of room dirty. The keurig machine spit out dirty water. They offered me a kettle, after 2 hours of receiving it it didnt even work. So they had dining send a kettle of hot water. Other wise it for the most part clean...housekeeping staff very nice and helpful.

My room was disgusting. Cracked lamp shades, missing a sconce, 1/2 the lights out, shower/tub not working. Avoid at all costs

The pool loungers are horrendous. Pretty sure I left with back damage due to them. This needs to be upgraded ASAP. What I also thought was horrible customer service: the hotel only provides guests with 2 beach loungers even though my reservation was for 3 people. They want to charge an extra 50 dollars for another lounger. This to me is stupid beyond belief. The lobby bar is great. Bartenders are friendly and know how to make drinks. The poolside bartenders need to take mixology lessons from them. I wouldn’t have had to go into the hotel to order my drinks then. Room was very spacious and comfortable. However, can tell it hadn’t been vacuumed in some time. Food all along the cocktail table legs.

The pools and beach were nice, but the room itself was Holiday Inn quality for much more than a Holiday Inn price.

It was water bug in my bathroom they was lying like they was sold out to switch my room when they wasn’t … I’ll never show there in there again

I was very disappointed in the service that we received for a hotel that I used a lot of points to attend for one night in my honeymoon. There were several incidents that had happened that made the services very unpleasant. 1- When I arrived at the hotel I wanted to surprise my husband with a little gift. I asked them if they can bring something up to the room. They mention that they would send something up in the morning because everyone was gone and there was nothing they can do at that time because we checked in late. 2- I had called room service a couple of times and it took a while to get service. 3- in the morning, I did not receive anything. I went down to the front desk and asked the girl what happened and why I didn’t get the package. She mentioned that she’s gonna put a note to file and send it up right away. I went up to the room and even after 2 hours there was nothing, I even called guest services and no response. At that point, it was time for check out and nothing could be done at that point. Also, there were bar charged in my bill which I did not use. They did credit the account but I had to come down and take 25 minutes out of my time to resolve that. Very unfortunate that I had this experience because I used up a lot of points for a services that I thought was going to be above and beyond.
