I enjoyed our stay. We booked two rooms and was given rooms directly across from each other which was extremely convenient since we were celebrating a birthday. The pool area was beautiful and clean and the staff were very accommodating. We had no tv service the first night. We called and it was resolved quickly. Also, I spoke to several people about a misunderstanding concerning the bill and I was impressed by the quick, gracious way the situation was handled. I will be returning.

This was our second time staying overall it was good there were few mistakes with our room and the cleanliness felt like it wasn’t as top tier as last time and because of the prices of the rooms was slightly disappointed but still one of the top hotels in south beach
