Good location, great staff, very clean, pool area and beach access were very good. No in room refrigerator or microwave. No vending machines or market available for late night snacks.

the good : staff was great , bed was reasonably comfortable, shower had nice pressure and large , pool was fantastic, room service was better than expected, went for my gfs birthday and they brought champagne and desserts which was a great touch the bad : bathroom wasnt totally cleaned, phone in bathroom was hanging by the cord off the wall , bathroom nightlight was non-functional , bathrobes had to be requested and not already in room like every other loews ive stayed in, water bottles also which usually in room were not and also had to be requested. the area was very hip but it was a madhouse , if i go back to miami id probably look to stay in a less overblown area

Mariano was excellent! Best luggage service ever recieved when arriving at a hotel. He was very knowledgeable of the property and was able to provide a brief tour with dining options and hours available. This made our first experience with Loews property memorable and we will definitely choose Loews again in the future!

The staff was so nice and attentive. The hotel dining was actually really good. Such a beautiful property overall. Room wasn’t as clean as I would have liked but nothing that took away from the trip experience.

This hotel went above and beyond to accommodate our family . The valet was so smooth and fast and very courteous. I loved the dj at the bar on Saturday the best part on this stay I had to bring the kiddos and we were able to enjoy some drinks . My little one enjoyed getting ice cream at the cafe and the special treats they have throughout the day when we didn’t have time to eat at the restaurant while heading out for the beach . I enjoyed how close this was to all the popular spots. Just walk out and you have access to lots of dining , bars and shopping .

The location on the ocean is beautiful, but otherwise, the hotel is not worth the hype. It was dirty, and there was hair in my coffee pot! Even after complaining about that, there was no adjustment to my rate.
