when we travled to Miami beach the weather was very cold. We did not realize the hotels in Miami do not have heat. We requested extra blankets and towels and it took a very long time to get these. We also went to their restaurant. The food was ok but the service was terrible. We were seated. It took quite a while for someone to take our order. Once our order was taken and arrived, we never saw a server again. WE had to get their attention to get our bills. We were not imnpressed

The biggest thing that negatively impacted our stay was the construction. At 900AM every morning on the dot loud banging and drilling, that would go on for most the day. No previous notice was provided that the hotel was under construction. I would have appreciated a heads up and a discount. The staff were lovely and the direct ocean/beach access was amazing. Once construction is done I would rate it much higher.

Hope I have enough room, first you need to take down that deceptive picture you advertise for this hotel, its fake, next we had bad A/C entire stay, they tried 3 time to fix it (no good), the ocean front view had palm trees blocking the view entirely. No balconies, very badly antiquated place, very old & outdated, doors dont work, old dirty carpeting, elevators slow with outdate certificates. Front desk assistant manager Anna was nasty and very rude, pool is not heated, ice cold, cant use, place needs a facelift. Work on building very disruptive and noisy. Never even knew they had a restaurant because it looks closed and they don't tell you about it. Tripping hazards everywhere, and then the resort fee, it wasn't a resort it was dump. Very dissatisfied.

Absolutely disgusting from the room to the restaurant. We are surrounded in an empty restaurant surrounded by surety tables, crumbs all over the floor, and food on the seats. The rooms were no better. They did not look like had been wiped down or vacuumed. The bath tub also felt like it had an “air bubble” in it while trying to shower. We left after 1 night instead of our original 4 night plan.
