This is a nice hotel for a fair price. unfortunately, we were there over the New Year's holiday and they were not prepared very well from a staffing standpoint. They need to do a better job training their staff to answer the phone and to be able to provide helpful advice. The facilities are top-notch, the caliber of the staff is below where it needs to be

Service staff overwhelmed by amount of guests. Order at pool bar was suppose to take half and hour to come. 1 1/2 hr. later my food had not arrived yet. I cancelled the food order but still found the charge in my bill at check out.

The service is not good. The food options are very poor and very pricey for the quality.

Exactly what I hooed for! Food was good, drinks were delicious, rooms were kept clean, overall pleasant stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

My experience at this hotel was great everything was neat and clean my room was wonderful the lobby was always kept clean the access to the beach was wonderful overall my experience at this hotel was wonderful

7th Floor pool and bar work closed for renovations

Overall great except AC not working for a few hours one morning and the jack hammering of the new pool being built for almost 2 days ...... no compensation

Love our stay at Grand Beach Hotel. Staff were amazing and the hotel is so clean. We had the best partial view. Love love love everything and I would go back again someday when my toddler is all grown up. Staff is great with kids! Pool and Beach is awesome!

I have stayed at this hotel several times -it used to be one of my favorites. This time, not so much. The front desk staff was rude. I feel that I was treated rudely because I had booked the room through Orbitz instead of directly with the hotel. The restaurant staff couldn’t have cared less that we were there. They are miserly with pool towels. A disappointing experience.
