Grand Beach Hotel

This hotel is just as advertised, affordable luxury. We stayed on mon- fri and were able to check in upon arrival at 10:00 AM which was very convenient. It’s not within walking distance to anywhere so you do have to take an Uber which cost a lot less than the NYC area. The hotel has only one coffee and ice cream bar and one restaurant that services everyone. Expect slow service and small menu..

I wanted the Convenience of beach access so I The Grand Beach Hotel. The price, while expensive, was still the most reasonable for the area. My only complaint was not having enough time to explore all the amenities. It was fabulous! The pools, the beach, the restaurant, the hot tubs, the workout facility not to mention nearby restaurants. Our views were spectacular! Ibeamt to go back to this hotel!

All in all, this hotel is okay. The lobby is beautiful. The rooms are very spacious, but a bit dated. The restaurant food and drinks are delicious! The restaurant staff was friendly and attentive, but the other hotel staff was just okay. I was charged for room service for “late night beer.” My husband and I don’t even drink beer and weren’t even in the hotel at the time. It took 20 minutes to resolve a billing discrepancy that the front desk didn’t want to initially reverse. We paid close to $370 per night. You can stay at a better hotel several doors down for the same price. Nonetheless, we enjoyed our stay overall.

Unexpected hotel fees. Bed linens was dirty that all. Location was covenants

Hotel was way understaffed. They ran out of cribs. Took them until 2:45am night of check in to make up the sofa bed. Called for towels one night repeatedly and they never came. Hotel was packed so we will cut them some slack but they must step up their game! They also spent one whole day cleaning the good pool in the sun which was really annoying.

My first time to Miami Beach and staying at this hotel. I was very impressed with the hotel, the staff, etc. The rooms were nice and have two bathrooms which is so convenient. I wish every hotel had two bathrooms. They allowed us to check in early when we arrived before check-in time which was fantastic. I would highly recommend. The Restaurant at the hotel for breakfast and lunch is a great convenience with a great staff and selections.

We had a nice eperience. The hotel was clean and staff were friendly and accomodating. The hotel is close to the beach which is very much appreciated

All wonderful, except for restaurant, where we had several ok dinners and one truly horrendous lunch for 3 which cost over $100 and offered stale, tasteless food. However, the management later apologized for that and offered free drinks to make up for the dismal experience.

Requested late checkout for an extra hr as we checked in the evening on Friday however they only allowed me half an hr!!

My room did not get cleaned until 5PM and I had a wallet missing.

You have valet park and it is $50/day. The only other option is parking a long walk away, not close, and continuously going back to put money in meter. Not near many restaurants. Pool was nice and you do get 2 chairs and umbrella with each room on beach. The stay was OK but for the price not worth it.

Got the wrong room; no reasonable effort to remedy or offer compensation

Rooms are huge and clean. I loved my stay. I will go back soon.

I really enjoyed my stay at this lovely hotel!!! If IRMA wouldn't have made us leave early, it would have been even better!!!! Other than that, we loved every minute of it!

Amazing rooms, clean , Good view from top floor rooms balcony

Excellent Hotel location and building however need profesional management and stafff I experienced the Worst service ever had in my life (swimming pool, beach, room, ... even front desk manager "catalina" is careless & not friendly at all)

Clean facility and the staff are helpful. The parking here is expensive though. They did forgot to clean my room on my last day but I'm OK with that because my last day was an extended day stay and there was a booking issue with it.

The hotel was on the beach, very friendly staff and very clean. We found the hotel to be child friendly with a small play area by the pool.

Hotel was gorgeous and very well ran. Arriving there was an issue with orbits and hotel communication and we were placed in a room that I didn't pay for. After telling the front desk, we had to wait almost 4 hours to be placed in the correct room. In the room, the only issue I had was the shower heads and the poor water pressure and the very stiff beds. Another issue that seemed kind of weird was the 100 dollar a night deposit on top of a 25 dollar a night resort fee when I had already paid close to 2000 to even stay there. Just think that could be changed considering the hotel says wifi, beach chairs and umbrellas are included but they aren't. You pay for them with the resort fee. Other than that, the hotel cleanliness, valet, hotel staff and back patio were phenomenal. Everything was well maintained and cleaned daily. The food was ridiculously over priced but the restaurant dinner menu was well worth it. I would stay here again now knowing what to expect. However I don't think others would. Thank you!

Pros 1. Beach access. 2.Cute hotel 3. Balcony view is amazing 4. Love the two bathroom room Cons 1. Car lot is 42 dollars a day. 2. They dont have microwaves n room. 3. Customer service sucks they never answer the phone. 4. Valet never answers the phone. 4. They dont allow no outside drinks or food. 5.Need a car for night life.
