Too many up chargers! Got charged for ocean view, valet parking

First room had a toxic smell of paint thinner. Second room was dirty.

When I arrived they let me check in early with no problems. Fast and easy check out. Two great pools and easy access to the beach.i have No complaints.

Hotel is conveniently located on Collins avenue and has a private beach. Rooms are grand and sea views are spectacular

Wonderful. Going back next year! Everything was great.

Nice hotel and nice staff. Besides the fact that they didn't have hand towels and sheets in the room for the second bed and bathroom, the iron didn't work, and they had no microwave even though they had a fridge! It was pretty okay.

We had 5 days vacation / honeymoon turn into the wasted of time and money. ! this was first time where We check in room hotel force us to move to another room without notice or reason why !! After two days but the worst yet to come no help ! Five different room and. Five floor still no help moving to the rooms pack / unload cart! !

Wish I could be a frequent flyer and get points! I would book every year

I first arrived on Thursday 2/9 and they put me in a room that was infested with ants. I called the front desk and the first thing they asked me " do you have any food in the room?" I had just arrived in less than 10 mins to the room, so I was so offended that they placed the blame on me as a guest. I moved to another room and on 2/10 the front desk called late in the middle of the night and woke me from my sleep and determined they had the wrong room. The next day my birthday 2/11 I left the hotel at 10am and didn't return until 5pm. My room was not cleaned. I called the front desk and the phone rang 20 times or more. Finally, someone answered and said they would send someone up. No one came for 30mins, so I went to the front desk to talk to the manager and his demeanor was unfriendly and lacked concern regarding the situation. I wanted to I WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN!

warm and friendly staff. Beautiful clean rooms with optional bay or ocean view. Very comfortable. Pool and beach accomodations were amazing. I would go back again

No free parking is the worst thing. However, lots of hotels in Miami beach do not have free parking. The resort fee is a little bit high.

First the toilet in one of the bathrooms didn't flush well, next the balcony was unusable due to bird droppings on everything I called the said that they would send someone to clean the furniture on the balcony, but in 3 days nobody showed up. Next they tried to charge me for parking a car and when I told the receptionist (Catalina) that I did not have a car at the hotel she acted like a idiot and then proceeded to question me with stupid questions like "you mean that you got dropped off here" I replied if i didn't drive the what do you think. I later asked for the manager (Kenner) and he was worse the her. The restaurant is extremely over priced. I recommend avoiding this hotel until it's run properly.

Great hotel! The rooms are very spacious! Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room had a balcony with a great view of the ocean. I would definitely recommend to a friend! Only downfall is there aren't microwaves in the rooms or hotel itself so if you order in or have leftovers you won't have anywhere to warm them up!

Had never stayed in Miami Beach before. This was a delightful and friendly hotel. Good facilities and great beach access.

Hotel is right on the beach. Heated pool. Rooms are huge!

This is a great relatively new hotel on the beach. the rooms are all oversized suites with 2 bathrooms. There are 3 pools, one of which is adults only. There is all service at the beach and the hotel resort fee includes 2 chairs and an umbrella. Water is available at both the beach and the pool. The only negative is th parking, which I think is fairly common in Miami Beach.

Traveled here for 3 days and enjoyed the stay. Hotel is away from the hustle of South Beach but you can grab a taxi if you desire. The beach is clean and chairs/umbrellas are part of the daily resort fee. The 7th floor adult pool is ideal if you want a more peaceful lounge vs the larger pools on the ground level. Only downside to the 7th floor, no bat service on the weekend which I thought was odd. This pool also over looks the bay - nice view. The rooms are large. We spent time in the King suite deluxe and it felt like a small apartment. Great view of both ocean and 7th floor outdoor patio areas. Hotel in general is quiet - no rowdiness like a large scale resort.

There only two things that i didnt like about the hotel 1, is that they should at least give you breakfast for the price and 2, you should at least have free parking spot and also they should let you know all the money that you have to pay seperate from the hotel rating amount for the night

I would definitely recommend this hotel. My room was beautiful! I loved the balcony with the ocean view. The staff was also friendly. If I come back to Miami I'm definitely staying here again.

Great hotel, nice staff, nice beach. The only draw back was that it was a little further north than I expected, but it's not a big deal, we just took an Uber everywhere anyway.
