Hotel was nice. Staff wasn’t great. We arrived late and valet service couldn’t quite figure out what they were doing. We carried our own luggage up to the rooms ( that might sound snotty but when you pay Miami prices you expect the service). Front desk wasn’t bad but not the greatest. The room was really clean but the bathroom sink was squeaking out of control and it wouldn’t stop even when the water was off. Maintenance took about an hour and a half to fix the issue at 630am. It says room service is available 24/7 but the front tried telling me it wasn’t available so then when I said the menu said 24/7 only then did he take my order. It just wasn’t the normal Miami hotel that you would want to stay at. I won’t be staying there again. There’s too many other hotels they have far better service and rooms.

It is a beautiful hotel inside - the lobby, rooms, and pools were beautiful. There were quite a lot of hidden fees, so be prepared- valet was $44 a night and the closest public parking was a couple blocks away as well as the $30-40 resort fees that aren’t included when you book thru orbitz. This place has lots of cultures - we almost felt like a minority here! French, German, lots of other European!

WONDERFUL!!! Our go-to hotel, the friendly front desk (thank you MARIA!!--you always make our stay so special!!), the rooms are spacious and very comfortable with a fabulous balcony and view of the ocean, and the proximity to the beach/boardwalk make this a top choice for us. The recent upgrade of the elevators are add to the pleasurable experience.

This is a nice hotel for a fair price. unfortunately, we were there over the New Year's holiday and they were not prepared very well from a staffing standpoint. They need to do a better job training their staff to answer the phone and to be able to provide helpful advice. The facilities are top-notch, the caliber of the staff is below where it needs to be

Service staff overwhelmed by amount of guests. Order at pool bar was suppose to take half and hour to come. 1 1/2 hr. later my food had not arrived yet. I cancelled the food order but still found the charge in my bill at check out.

The service is not good. The food options are very poor and very pricey for the quality.

Exactly what I hooed for! Food was good, drinks were delicious, rooms were kept clean, overall pleasant stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
