The staff who helped us check in were nice. However , in the morning , we were trying to check out and asked her few things and she wasn’t polite and maybe she was in the mood . Also she never answered the phone, for front desk . Additionally , the pool was really dirty and disgusting . Seems like they never took care of it .

This hotel is completely falsely advertised. The conditions in our room and our friends’ rooms were very poor. The rooms in reality were nothing like the beautiful photos we saw online. All of our rooms were dirty and small, and there was a leak coming from our ceiling. We also were provided with a very limited amount of towels, and they seemed to be strict on this policy, which was not something I had experienced at a hotel before. There was also a good amount of homelessness around the premises, so we didn’t feel safe walking around.
