We weren’t able to check in when we arrived and the furniture in the room was stained

Be careful! Overall, this was a great hotel, it was clean and the staff was nice. However, there are a lot of unexpected fees that come with the hotel, including a $40/night parking fee, and a "resort fee" as well. The rooms are small, and the walls are really thin. You can literally hear every conversation happening in the room next to yours. The "beach service" was subpar at most. You were given a raggy umbrella and a beach chair that was well used. The description of the hotel said chase lounges for on the beach, not the case. The beach service was taking you in a car around the block and dropping you off at a public access point (it was faster to just walk there yourself).

The valet guys were nice. We couldn’t get any sleep due to the hard bed and extremely loud guest next door. We called multiple times for hotel staff to ask them to turn their blaring music down but nothing was done. Will not recommend this property and will never stay there again.

Was unable to park at the hotel due to “having a larger vehicle “ (dodge suv) had to park 10 minutes down the street on 2 of the night at a 1st come 1st serve lot. 3rd night had to park 30 mins. down the street and walk! Would not accommodate on shuttling to parking lots. No real face towels they give you what looks like a baby wipe as a face towel. Thank god I always bring my own for crap like that! Check in staff is minimally efficient with any extra questions or concerns. Definitely would never stay here again nor recommend for a Miami Beach experience

We had a pleasant stay at Sixty80 Design Hotel. The staff was amazing; helpful, polite and accommodating. The challenge was where the room came with an interior door, for the possibility of having a connecting room, and it was way too close for comfort. I heard every sound from the room next door - not okay. The staff did accommodate me and changed my room for the second night of our stay and it was great. In addition, the porches were built in a way that leaves you exposed to all rooms and is not private, so we couldn’t use the porch even though the view was beautiful. There was also a strong smell of weed smoke. Overall, the place is nice, okay clean and well run.

The problem I had is no hot water last two days of my beach vacation! All so a lot of hidden fees

Housekeeping was very good. But when it came to layout. Our room's tv wasnt infront of the bed. Our bed was facing the screen doors for the supposed view of the bay. More like a partial view with buildings in it. We stayed in room 509. Our tv wasnt working for the last 2 days we were there and when they did come to work on it the tech said he had to switch the hdmi cable and never came back. Parking is $40 a night.

This hotel was absolutely amazing! A total hidden gem. The hotel has a modern vibe and it’s smaller overall so very peaceful. We had a corner unit on the PH floor (floor 6) and it was amazing. Two of the four walls were floor to ceiling windows. There was a kitchenette (fridge, dishwasher, toaster oven, microwave, plates and cutlery) tucked behind beautiful cabinetry. The pics online don’t really do the room justice. We were on the same floor as the small gym and the pool which was convenient. Great area for walks. We didn’t want to leave!

I like that it had a balcony. The water pressure was awful and the maids didn't come clean on a regular basis. Had to ask for toilet paper and towels. Parking was $40 per day which we weren't told beforehand. An overwhelming air freshener scent was pumped through the entire place.

Booked a double room and they gave us two connecting rooms instead which was amazing!

This is my second time staying here and when I come to visit Miami again I’ll definitely choose this hotel. The staff is very helpful and accommodating. I love staying here it’s clean and smells so nice. The rooms are modern and roomy, I also love the balconies. The AC did stop working one night and it was a bummer they didn’t have anyone able to come fix it until the morning but thankfully it didn’t get too hot that night and when I woke up the room was nice and chilly. Everyone wore masks and kept their distance which I appreciated as well. Overall I would recommend this hotel to others. Especially those who love a quieter hotel.

Everything is nice! Room is renovated and has a balcony! Only negative point is the soundproofing! You can hear clearly the conversation next door!

On a 2 night stay we were forced to change rooms. The Hotel blamed it on Orbitz.

I loved the location and convenience of being so close to the beach. The rooftop pool was really cute and nice. The two minor complaints that I have are that most of the housekeeping staff could not speak English. Also, there was no option to heat the room. Coming back to my air conditioned hotel room on a cool night, wet from the water had me shivering all night.

Its great need more admentites and things to do its not alot to offer for people whom travel and want some excitement...

Trendy boutique hotel. Great location. Modern chique design. Kitchenner43

Breakfast was not included. That was a little disappointing.
