Besides the smell of Mildew and the horrible parking situation, The hotel was ok. Close to everything and beach access.

Extremely disappointing.

The pool is very small. I had an ocean view. The room had mold in the ceilings and hallways. I also had to buy air freshener for my room because it had a bad odor. They allowed me to check in early. There’s is construction going on both sides of the building. The pool area is also a bit dated.

The location of the hotel is excellent. We booked a ocean front room. The view was excellent. Due to Covid, the hotel seems understaffed.

Ferociously understaffed. Seriously overworked staff trying to fight the tide of deterioration. e.g., Hair dryers, Terrace chairs( one per terrace). Instead of amending the amenities and saying something like Hair Dryers available on a first come first serve basis. But no they pretend to be surprised that there is no Hair Dryer, What there are not two chairs?, etc. The toilet ran continuously and took five to six seconds of holding down the plunger to properly flush. Maintenance inform me first there is nothing wrong and then finally that ALL of the toilets work this way! Spanish would be a real help because the majority of the maintenance and cleaning either speak very little English or not at all. Check in at 4pm and Maid service goes home at 5pm. Once you are in the room crew will not go in room. For the amount of work I had to do the price should have been less. Manager is not adjusting the price. They are barely getting by as it is.

Said it would take 20 minutes, 45 minutes later still nothing ready, said they were cleaning room as we speak, 30 minutes later I approached desk to inquire, still not ready so they give us another room. Go to new room and somebody was already occupying that room. Go back down and get another room that was finally good after almost 2 hours. We could smell weed all in the halls and was really just dirty. Definitely wouldn’t recommend staying here. We will never be back for sure!!!!

Nice location as soon as entering mid-beach. Easy access to boardwalk and beach. Clean premises with friendly staff.

The carpet in the public hallway was dingy and but the room accomodations were nice and clean.

This was my 2nd and last stay at this hotel.. I stayed there last year 2018 and the pool was being "renovated "..so we couldn't use the pool.. 2019 and the signs posted say only 7- 8 people allowed in the pool at once .. were not warned about this prior to and its July its was very hot and my family didn't want the beach as our only option. 2019 July upon check in there were problems the clerk was very short with her demeanor rude and condescending She gave me my room key went to my room and it wasn't the room accommodations that i reserved nor paid for ahead of time .. I reserved the executive suite for my family and I . The clerk gave me 1 king bed and 1 sofa bed..She also stated that the hotel was sold out and that she couldn't give me the room I reserved and she suggested I call Orbitz . So after getting Orbitz involved the manager comes over and gives me 2 rooms next door to eachother only to arrive and 1 of the rooms was filthy.. Just a complete waste of time.. The bathroom toilet leaked the entire time as well.. Ruemola was at least tried to make things right but the desk clerk needs more training..

Really close to the shore and friendly staff, the cleanest of the hotel was excellent

The obly good thing about the place was that it was close to tge beach but other than that it looks like its falling a part. Our room was ok though.
