This is a great place to stay for a

common areas very dirty, bedsheets were clean but the rest of the room was a bit old and dirty. very noisy and busy hotel, the staff didnt have any special attention to their guests. I wont go back.

No cleaning of anything at all. Sad. Valet were ehhh - attitude about renting bikes. Beach service slow and got order wrong a number of times. Uncooked food.

My check in experience wasn’t the greatest. I did complain and the manager reached out in a timely manner. I was offered complimentary use of a cabana for the day which was well worth it. The pool and backyard area are beautiful..love the proximity to the beach and also that it’s not located so close to the more crowded area of South Beach. The pool manager was really kind. Towel and sheet requests were answered promptly. The rooms should be thoroughly cleaned when guests leave and we can see ours wasn’t..and the window didn’t open at all which was a concern as to the quality of air in the room..especially with Covid. Wouldn’t recommend for a family as room is small but would stay again by myself.

good facilities, clean and quiet room, facing the beach, large pool area, wonderful view of the sunrise from the rooftop.

The prophet isn’t very kid friendly. No microwave ANYWHERE on site to warm up our baby’s food. We asked and nobody was able to help. The pool area we loved. It’s a salt water pool so it was great for us and the kids. I know during these hard times not all amenities would be possible but no room service on a week long stay. Had to constantly request clean towels and toilet paper. Was able to get floors cleaned. At least work out a better system so that rooms can be serviced in either the morning or afternoon depending on when the people inform you they are out. No beach toys for kids. The restaurant had a limited menu and they absolutely would not allow any outside food. Had to order food for the younger kids then go up to the room to feed them. That was a bit much especially since my husband and I plus the older kids were ordering from the bar menu. Every day spending well over $200 there. Maybe when things are back to normal this hotel will be a more pleasant stay. For now stay home and save your money

It was nice, the employees and especially housekeeping is very friendly and that made our stay enjoyable. No crazy hidden fees at checkout. For how much we paid, for the room I was expecting a lot more though... lobby is a lot smaller than it looks in photos, bathrooms were very small, pool space is scarce, and when no one is at the front entrance to open the door it is very difficult because they have very large heavy doors. Overall we were underwhelmed for the price but customer service and the backyard area and private beach compensated.

Great location. Wonderful pool and beach access. The building is old so don’t expected your room to be insulated from noise.

BeautIful pool, outdoor bar and patio seating areas. The bamboo shrouded walkway to the gated beach entrance was magical. The service was lacking overall. Washcloths & towels were apparently in short supply. The bartenders and restaurant waitstaff were mostly rude, with the exception of one attentive & friendly waitress servicing our cabana. During our last morning, some event was being installed in the lobby and corridor. The installation team were messy and obstructive, in the way of foot traffic leading to the restaurant and pool, and were absolutely rude.

Everything almost fine, but, in the pool a security (mediocre) he not let me go to the beach with the towel, even I tell him I’m are guest he don’t let me pass to the beach only if I left the towel, is crazy, but , that stupid I will remember for a long time, the rest was fine.but that was offensive
