Excellent location and staff.
I woke up several days in a row due to construction noise at around 5:30 a.m and it continued throughout the day. It would have been great if the hotel informed us beforehand that they were doing renovations. It's frustrating to be sleep deprived while on vacation. Additionally, we booked a balcony room, but it was facing an indoor area. The online pictures of the resort were misleading and didn't match the reality. Avoid the fake balcony view rooms as it looks like a dungeon as the view. Lastly, we didn't receive any complimentary drink upon our arrival as promised.
Amazing location to get the real Miami experience
Beach. Pool. Bed. Restaurants abound. 24 hr. Walgreens around the corner. Its a litlle unique but nice.
What can I say. The original South Beach Riviera hotel has been modernized into the Bentley exquisitely. The rooftop pool and jacuzzi made us feel regal. The nicest people talk to you all day long and the best bars and clubs are within 5 blocks. The hotel organized the best cruises and power boat rides. Love these folks!!!

The staff was excellent and the public balcony was convenient.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. I love the fact the room had a kitchen. My only dislike was the location of my room and the noise. All day it’s banging and doors slamming because we were next to the room service storage closet and the balcony had no view of the outside. People walking by from the elevator could see right in the room.
After checking out was accused of stealing bath robes. And charged $150. Do not stay there.

It’s a nice hotel right with a short walk to the beach. There are restaurants, shops, cafes within walking distance. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They provided chairs, beach toys, and float vest for us. Robert was amazing. He was very nice. He had great suggestions on restaurants. We had room service daily and it wasn’t disruptive at all. Overall, this is a great place to stay.
