Staying at this hotel was the best choice I made for my trip to Miami. The staff was excellent and ready to assist with anything I needed. The overnight staff member really went the extra mile and so did the manager Simone. The bartender at the restaurant downstairs was awesome. Clean hotel, close to the beach and great staff. Happy hour drink and breakfast, what more do you need.

Not the best hotel on Ocean Drive . Not allowed to open windows ... not good. Staff very friendly and helpful .

Everything was great. Service was excellent and very helpful in getting reservations for activities and restaurants.

The staff was very friendly and helpful for restaurants around the area. Valet parking was pricey. I would use Uber cabs while your there. The hotel also has a free shuttle to take you to and from different resturants. The rooms were spacious. Bed was comfortable. Great location my husband and I would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel very comfortable enjoyed my stay room where nice

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Made my stay very convenient and easy. Many offers and perks to staying in this hotel including beach passes and transportation which is all handled by the staff.

I stayed at the Bentley hotel for 5 days and I was so sad to leave. It's like we had out own apartment. The staff was super nice 24/7. The location could not have been any better. We were on the fifth floor so our view was awesome. The rooftop is incredible. During our stay they were actually expanding their rooftop by adding more lounge chairs, seating, and even cabanas. It is gorgeous and so peaceful. We also got beach passes for lounge chairs, towels and umbrella which was awesome. The breakfast was great and you get 25% off at the restaurant in front of the hotel called Bellini, which was delicious. We are definitely going back to the Bentley the first chance we get.

The Bentley in South Beach , is an Art Deco hotel on Ocean Drive. We were there for a week and it was very comfortable, beautiful rooftop pool, with view of the beach. Friendly Staff although not very knowledgeable in restaurant recommendations, and places to go. The breakfast was included and was nice, the room was comfortable and clean, but not the same one that appears in their photographs. We had a very nice time overall.

We want to appreciate the staff and the people of this place, everybody so freandly and proffecional. We loved our room on the corner of the third level, grate view, beauterfull flors, a lot of mirrors in the restroom( which is nice))!!! We will never forget this vocation, thank you

Our first night here was just fine however, the awful experience began the next day. We were laying out on the roof top area and in the pool all day long which was peaceful because there was no one but ourselves. Wonder why? Hmmm. When we got back to our hotel room our ceiling was leaking, there was loud banging and couldn't understand where it was coming from. We called the front desk twice so someone could check out the problem. The maintenance guy who they sent was very rude and only spoke Spanish I am a Spanish speaker myself communication here wasn't the problem, it's as if he was hiding what the problem was. He said there was a problem with the jacuzzi and it would be fine. NO IT WAS NOT FINE! The ceiling was pouring with water. I called the hotel concierge and requested to be moved and he stated "well I guess I can get you another room". The new room he gave us smelled awful! It wreaked of mold and mildew! The comforter was wet and the view in the balcony was of this dirty alley that smelled horrendous! At that point I have had it, we moved to a different hotel. The man at the front desk did not want to refund any money. Therefore, I had to call my travel agent directly and they helped me out tremendously. This hotel was one bad experience don't take your chances!

This was my first trip to southbeach and I spent days researching hotels to find the perfect one. I was unsure of which hotel to pick because there were mixed reviews for all of them. So that you are aware, this review is based off of the experience of two young women in their late twenties. The Bently is in an excellent location. It's on the south end of the strip on ocean drive. It's within walking distance of everything, but not so near all of the loud noise to where you can't sleep. Our room was perfect, everything in it was clean and nice. The bed was very comfortable. I loved that we were able to use the beach club located a few blocks down. The chairs are very comfortable and you can order food and drinks from the beach butlers. The Bentley offers a free continental breakfast quite simple but enough selection for breakfast. We were there for the 4th of July and we got to watch the fireworks from the rooftop pool and hottub. It was the best view we could ask for!!! We would definitely stay at the Bentley again.

Right on ocean drive. Nice hotel and has good amenities. Close to all the restaurants and has the perfect location

The hotel location was great, right on Ocean Drive. The fact that the room had a kitchenette was fantastic because we were able to purchase some snacks, beverages to bring to the beach and we were able to eat in our room. The fact that the hotel served breakfast was great too. The room had a nice seating area but there wasn't a rug on the floor and the whole room was tiled so there wasn't a very cozy feeling. The major concerns were staff related. We arrived early because we caught a 7:30am flight. The individual at the front desk was pretty much like, "we'll see you at 3:00." He didn't offer us towels to go up to the pool or suggest we head to the beach club. After we walked around and had lunch we went back and changed and asked to go up to the pool. I just think he could have been a bit more accommodating. Same thing with checkout. Check-out is 12 but our flight was at 5. They had no late check-out and suggested we shower/rinse off at the pool shower. Really? How about you add a private shower area by the pool to accommodate guests for this exact reason?

The Bentley Hotel was the perfect location to see the race. The room was very nice and clean. We enjoyed walking to the beach and restaurants near by. The breakfast included was very good. We enjoyed the stay.

Excelent location, nice room.. I love the bed and the pillows .. Staff really nice .. The only thing that i did'nt like was the hall smell... And pay 30 $$ daily for valet parking.. I wish i will enjoy more my getway weekend but i was the storm fault .. In general i like it

The hotel is not what it seems! The door didn'tlock ac did not work for two days. The continental breakfast and business center was a joke! Window was broken ! What not ever stay here here again

What a huge disappointment! There was full exposure to passersby without the draperies fully closed on all windows. Our room overlooked a tower of sparse and sick plants and the area below us was the back entrance to a restaurant which stayed open most of the day and night. Deliveries to the restaurant were in the wee hours of the morning as was the trash removal. There was a lot of noise made by the housekeeping staff in the early hours as well. We moved to another hotel the next day.

Thought it might be noisy and out of control, but turned out to be a comfortable quiet stay.

Highlights: - located right on Ocean Drive--but at the south end, so it's not too noisy - rooftop pool and hot tub (but only until 9pm) - very comfortable bed - free wireless - only slightly unpleasant aspect are thin ceilings; couldn't hear our next door neighbors, but could hear people walking around over us.

Loved this hotel! Room was clean, comfortable and the little kitchenette in our room was great for helping to save a bit of money on snacks and drinks (as long as you stay away from the mini bar!). Continental breakfast was sparse but a nice option. Location is PERFECT, right on the main strip across from Loomis Park, parking was expensive and you won't need a car if you are just going to be spending time in/around the Miami Beach. Staff was friendly and helpful, rooftop sundeck and pool were perfect. Beach access is right across the street or you can go to their beach club which is about 4 blocks away and have a chair/cabana for the day. Can't wait to go back!
