I was pleasantly surprised at how much I enjoyed this hotel. They are under construction and I never heard any noise in my room. The rooftop was my favorite part of the building. I slept so good in their comfortable bed. The room was obviously newly renovated. They had a small continental breakfast down the hall. I would stay again.

So this property seems under constructionT, even with a makeshift smaller lobby, rooms are immaculate, rooftop, incredible views. Didn't use the pool or hot tub, but if you want something close to the action that is quiet and with wonderfully adorned, spacious rooms, this location is hard to beat.

We had a wonderful stay while it lasted. Staff was excellent. The location is excellent. The only drawback was the telephone n coffee machine not functioning in spite of repeated requests to set it right

My stay was excellent overall. However, I have two issues. 1. The bed was hard 2. The lounge chair provided for the beach were damaged and sat too low. Overall, I can see where the hotel was making improvements. The cost of the stay was perfect for my budget.

The hotel was very nice and the room and the staff was exceptional. Our room was 205 right next tot he lobby which was a little noisy and the tv audio randomly stopped working. We also did not receive our welcome drink.

I stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment. I was nice overall. One of the beds was in poor shape and the sofabed seemed dirty so I did not dare to sit in it. Breakfast was terrible. Pool is small but clean. Staff are very nice. The area can be very loud at night but maybe this was because I stayed there just days before Art week.

Great location but security could be better!

Great location and can tell the hotel is going through a renovation. Rooms felt clean, modern & recently decorated. Only reason for not giving 5* is that we were able to ‘break in’ to our room by sliding the key card through the door frame rather than use the electronic lock on the door. Only discovered this before checking out but would have considered moving rooms if this was discovered on arrival. We felt unsafe as there is no requirement to scan room keys to use the lift from street level straight up to the rooms.
