I made a complaint about this and they insured me that the next morning someone would be up to clean my room when I left for the day and came back at night. The room was still filthy. Nobody went in to do any cleaning not a very good first experience at your establishment

The staff was a amazing. The room was clean, but they should definitely do renovations. The walls were chipped and worn, expected a better aesthetic for the price. I hate when the lobby looks 100 times better than the room.

Overall, the property is in a great location, and I loved the views. However, I was disappointed that there was no mention of some of the benefits of being a Gold Expedia member, which I have experienced at other hotels. This hotel was interesting. The cleanliness was excellent. I wish there was more lighting in the room. It was sort of difficult to see at night with only a couple lamps. I do hate that the suites don't come with a microwave nor a fridge. It made it extremely difficult to bring back food. Considering the price, a fine hotel like this should have those appliances in each room.
