Fabulous scarpetta was a disappointment but all other restaurants were nice

Great everything was five star and the luxury was amazing in this hotel

I will come back!We had amazing time the stuff in hotel is excellent! Love it!

The Fontainebleau Hotel is hands down the best hotel I've ever been to. For starters, the building itself is gorgeous. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable. The hotel is right on the beach and has an amazing pool area. The Fontainebleau is also home to LIV Nightclub, bars, a spa, retail stores, restaurants, etc., which make the stay even better.

It was very difficult finding check in and any type of assistance but there was a phone nearby and the operator directed us to the trestle towers. Upon walking up Stephan and OLYMPEA were engaging in a conversation when we walked up the two of them just stared. I advised them I wanted to check in neither of the two opened their mouth at the time . Finally Stephan said ID And credit card needed for checking . I PROVIDED both . There was absolutely no friendliness at all that you would expect at such a nice hotel. You can tell they don't enjoy there job at all and the both of them should consider working behind in the back office where customer service does not matter . It was my 2nd time staying at fountainbleu however this was my friends first time needless to say I will not be returning . This experience was not a good first or second. I believe honestly maybe this hotel is based upon some type of celebrity status.

Other than the room being really too small for two people, it was a good hotel.

The hotel is beautiful and the amenities are excellent. If it were not for one really difficult experience trying to have the mini-bar snacks (which are displayed front-and-center in on top of the dresser/desk) removed from the room this would have been a perfect hotel resort experience. The mini-bar snack problem was severe enough to put the experience in a bad light, which is a shame because the rest of the experience was wonderful.

I'm a foodie and the food was Outstanding ! Customer service was spot on !

It was a great experience in a lovely hotel with a lot of history

This place is disorganized and overrated. Room came with two trash cans and weird awkward issues like bathroom doors conflicting To go up to your room in the Versailles tower is a mission and a half The valet takes forever The customer service is rude And you cannot order dine in from hotel restaurants!! You can't even call in the order!! You have to literally go down and wait Pathetic

Excellent location in Miami Beach ! Private Beach.. No Crowding.. Awesome Dining in the Hotel .. Excellent Concierge Services .. Super Friendly staff... A very Happening place.. Great art exhibits within the Hotel.. Got awesome suite for us with fantastic views..of the beach as well the Bay..

We went with our two kids aged 2 and 1, and had a really nice stay. The staff went out of their way to help us when they saw we had two little kids (especially at Fresh) and we also got upgraded to a junior suite for free. The vibe is definitely more for couples though, not exactly families. The main pool felt heated for the first two days we were there (which was awesome!!) then it felt like they turned it off the next 2 days and so by 4pm it was too chilly for the kids in the pool. We always had beach chairs and found pool chairs, which we've had problems finding at other resorts, so that was nice. The beach was really beautiful and very accessible. The hotel itself is massive so we had a LOT of walking to do, but that was ok. This is a very upscale and beautiful hotel and we enjoyed our stay.

Hotel staff is really friendly. I stayed in a one bedroom suite and it had a lot of space. Everyone was very helpful. The Asian restaurant and burger/wing spot was really good. Staff had great service. Cabana prices were too high. Price should be lower during off season- almost all were empty.

great I would go back. it was a really great trip I will remember for years to come.

My feeling is neutral and don't like the cost to stay versus no courtesy water, no tea, no coffee, etc

Excellent hotel, friendly staff. The rooms are nice but need some touch up work in the bathrooms.

Old mattresses on the room, concierge make me feel like he was doing me a favor , dry , no smile. He did help me but cut me right away.Employees at the pool eating and drinking while working. Pool manager and employees too friendly , kissing and hugging .

It was a gorgeous hotel on the beach. The atmosphere is awesome with nice restaurants in the hotel. If you want a relaxing getaway and not have to leave hotel if you don't want to , this is your place. You can be waited on hand and foot!

The best hotel I've stayed at in a while. Loved everything about it!
