Huge property. Lots to do. Great place to go for a party. Families with younger kids should probably look elsewhere.

had a wonderful stay , the woman at check in helped me out with any issue i had

It was not family friendly. Although there was a nice kids’ pool and kids’ menu and good pullout bed for them, on a friday in March it was a crazy party vibe with half naked people all over the lobby and even still caruousing at 6 am when we left for the airport. Also hooting and whooping and commotions in hallway of our expensive part of the hotel at all hours.

Property had a great gym and amenities. Unfortunately, it was over crowded and not managed well. There was a line for everything and never enough beach chairs or pool chairs. Annoying!

Food was excellent. Pool and beach area was beautiful. Our bathroom shower drained was clogged so you had to stand in 2 inches of water while showering.

The worst service for a nice hotel that I’ve ever seen. 2hr check in double charged me for my room. It was almost impossible to get anybody on the phone to help about the overcharge employees said they would send you an email and they didn’t add call back multiple times got disconnected. I wish there were something good to say about this hotel

Took 3 hour line to check in to hotel. Never experienced anything like that before!

Systems were down when we tried to check in around 4. Didn’t get our room until after midnight and had to check out at 3:30am (3.5 hours after getting our room!) to catch our flight. The staff was completely unprepared and useless. This apparently was day 4 of the systems being down too

Amazing property always satisfied . We like this hotel and always spend some night when we stay in Miami

Incredibly small rooms for outrageously expensive cost. Terrible, rude, unprofessional staff. You are required to pay very costly resort fees outside of orbitz fees, yet the service was awful. Incredibly small outdated rooms, there were lots of complaints at the front desk that we overheard while waiting on very lengthy lines to get any service. Cleanliness of property was subpar for what was once deemed a spectacular property. Was told hotel was over 50% vacant at arrival and departure, yet still struggled to get any service. Wait times for any hotel service either in person or on phone was minimum 45 minutes. Was advertised as a family property yet guest propulation was young and inebriated at all hours of the DAY, and dangerous to be around in the pools with children. The only pool that was NOT heated was the one small child pool-which no child could swim in because it was too cold. Sad to see what was once deemed a fabulous resort be so dishelved, disorganized, uncomfortable, and outrageously expensive for the lack of service, costly amenities, and minimal comfortable space.

great staffing and services, everyone was so nice and capable. resturaunts were terrific and very different. the facility was immaculate
