If you are a fan of south beach then this property is located in the perfect location! The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The property itself is bit dated but everything works as it should. So if you want to stay in south beach for a reasonable price this is the place for you.
Convenient location in the Art Deco district; walking distance to lots of shopping and restaurants. Beach is right behind the hotel. It’s a a little bit worn looking, could use a refresh but it was clean.
Carpet is dirty. Other than that I was really good.
Hallway carpets was dirty and the room and parts of the hallway had a strong smell of mildew. Water damage on room furniture
The property is somewhat dated but otherwise in good condition. Everything worked as it should. The staff is super friendly and extremely accommodating!

Rooms leave a lot to be desired with cumberson huge minibar no refrigerator so if you dont want the crap in the mini bar you have no place to keep your own things cool. Horrible old mattress from 70's, we were doing the art fair so we were not able to use beach or resort area closed when we were at hotel but we were still charged a 30$ a day resort fee.

The room was small. Found a bug internet bed, mold in the bathroom and stains in furniture.
Wasn't the greatest check-in experience and front desk staff were slighty confusing

We stayed here for 3 nights the fire alarm kept going off 2 out of the 3 nights I had my children with me and my daughter is sensitive to loud noises so all night she kept crying we couldn’t sleep and the manager Sierra was extremely rude when we complained saying it’s not her fault so I have stayed here before but after this last incident I am not returning Poot customer service
Could use more staff for sand service. But clean and good location. Room was small and no where to sit really besides the bed. Pools and jacuzzi are nice. Beach is great.
Wonderful experience, fantastic staff and amazing breakfast. Hands down best experience, we enjoyed ourselves and can not wait to come back and stay again!
