We stayed here for 3 nights the fire alarm kept going off 2 out of the 3 nights I had my children with me and my daughter is sensitive to loud noises so all night she kept crying we couldn’t sleep and the manager Sierra was extremely rude when we complained saying it’s not her fault so I have stayed here before but after this last incident I am not returning Poot customer service

Could use more staff for sand service. But clean and good location. Room was small and no where to sit really besides the bed. Pools and jacuzzi are nice. Beach is great.

The hotel is not as new but everything works perfectly fine. The stuff is extremely friendly and accommodating. The location is one the best, close to everything. We had a great time and definitely going back again…

Nobody understood that not being notified about "URGE MIAMI FESTIVAL 2022", a huge event at the hotel, was an issue. Unfortunately, in the context of the hate crimes that the LGTBQ community is suffering, not being notified about this event put my kids in danger. I still have vivid images of 'Pulse', in Orlando, Fl, the gay bar that was attacked by a gunman, and in Colorado, a few days before my stay. I was there by myself with my two kids, age 10 and 12, passing next to the pool to go to the beach. What was going to be the answer of the hotel if another crazy person opens fire???? I am an educator and a single parent, who went to South beach to celebrate my 50th birthday. The impoliteness of the manager, Sierra, escalated the situation, as she clarified that the small pool was open for my kids to go (small is just one floor up from the big pool) and, that it was so upsetting that there was a private party at the hotel, 'she will let them go to the big pool'. The treatment, the tone, the lack of sensitivity, the unapologetic behavior, the lack of communication, absolutely unacceptable.

great place

The ceiling in the shower had black and yellow stains, the whole shower had calcium build up, the shower head had green rust- the entire time I felt like I was cleaner at the beach than the bathroom. The front door didn’t properly close. The curtains were dirty. The hallways carpet had huge stains. The outside of the hotel needs a lot of love too (power wash or paint job). I’ve been staying at this hotel annually since 2015 but I think this is the last year for me. The quality does not match the price I pay to stay here.

Very great experience

I normally don’t like taking the time to write reviews but I chose this place because of the reviews on this website and it did not disappoint. This THE perfect location because it was walking distance to the beach, the pool at the hotel was great and had killer music and a good bar, the music and vibe made me feel like I was in a Vegas day pool party. It is like a 10 minute walk to great bars, restaurants and clubs. Ocean Drive (which is the main tourist area) is just behind the hotel, but the best part is that it’s about 10 minutes away from all the loud clubs and bars so you can actually get some sleep at night but walk to anything you want. 20-30 from MIA airpot and the staff at the hotel was super friendly. We were even greeted with the free drink once when we came back from our little day adventure. The rooms are great size, the only thing I don’t like is that you don’t have a fridge you have to pay extra for that. That is a take away from the hotel. But from beginning to end it was an amazing experience this won’t be a place you’ll regret staying. They also have an upstairs restaurant that opens at 7 AM, it had a great continental breakfast/buffet style set up but you can also order off a menu. Buffet style breakfast was $33 with tax and tip I thought it was a decent price. Hotel is super clean inside and out, and there is 24 seven stuff at the front desk which is perfect because a lot of the times we lost our keys or we forgot them and we were able to get new keys.
