The AC was terrible in the king suite. No thermostat in the bedroom so you have to turn the other thermostats down so low it fogs up the outside of the windows making the Bay view totally useless.

The place was clean. The room was small and outdated. The parking is 45.00 dollars, the restaurant is a joke and it's on you.

Unsafe area, bathroom was not clean when we checked in, and the elevators are a nightmare. There are better properties for a pre- and post-cruuse stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The property itself was very nice, clean, and well taken care of. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, always ready to help with anything I needed. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and pleasant. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again!
