Don’t stay here smh unless you want to be hot and sweaty ... and also annoyed at the staff at the lack of customer service horrible horrible horrible stay.

Great lobby, clean sleak rooms. Great location. Could walk down to the beach and to Collins Ave. They did add a charge at check in, I think it was $25 on top of what was already paid through orbitz.

Nice room, clean, quiet, no odors, tile floor, guest washer/dryer, close to beach, small grocery 2 blocks away, public overnight parking 4 blocks away for $20, hotel valet parking $39

Stayed here just for one night before my cruise, great location and amazingly clean. not much to the hotel apart from nice big rooms.

Very nice hotel, conveniently located.large room, very clean.

The hotel is very nice. Just wish they cleaned the room more often

This hotel was misleading. There was no sofa bed, and even with the couch, it was cold leather, no sheets were given for my son to sleep on the couch, no wash cloths were available our first night although they were requested because there weren't any on hand that evening, then housekeeping didn't clean out room, even when we got to the room it looked untouched, there were black ants randomly crawling, and the bedroom light didn't work which these things were mentioned to front desk. It was always ok, we will handle concerns, but they never followed through. Even with the towels because house keeping didn't come we caught one going on an elevator and received some towels and also got some wash cloths that we never got when we told them day 1. Then the a/c was not consistently cooling our room, however a family member's room when we would hang out there, was cold a/c. It was overall just very uncomfortable and misleading.

House keeping didnt clean our room. They only provided new towels. The room was bare. Beds hard. Not enough outlets. We booked 2 baths and inly got 1 bath. Construction ariund the hotel is loudnand inconvenient for Ubers.

I booked a premium 2-bedroom suite for my family of 5 for five days. This hotel is in the final stages of its renovation, and on the cusp of being a good hotel. However, there were too many issues for a place claiming luxury. I did read reviews before booking, so I expected the leaking shower and bare walls. I did not expect the 2 inch gap between the floor and the bottom of the interior doors, making sound travel. The four rugs in the suite were filthy and needed to be shampooed. There was a dirty towel on the back of the bathroom door, and a few of the pots and utensils in the kitchen were dirty. Though we had a living area and two bedrooms, there was only a single TV in the suite, and not enough seating for everyone to sit around it. The fridge in the kitchen had no freezer, and there were no ice buckets. We had to make due with a thin plastic bag meant to line an ice bucket. There's also next to no prep space, even though there is room for it on the opposite wall. Some reviews mentioned breakfast, but there was none offered during my stay. Coffee was prepared, but not until 8am. There's no pool or gym facility on site, and the partner's pool (which you pay a "resort fee" for to access) is a solid mile away. The staff was friendly and did try to accommodate requests when possible. For example, they were able to provide a pack-and-play for us after we were unable to bring our own with us. I wanted to like this place, but it does not deliver on luxury.

I really wanted to give this hotel a good review but I just can’t. I try not to complain about hotels because it’s just a place to clean and sleep but this was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. Saddest part is it was my birthday trip. I stayed there from my birthday 1/31/18 until 2/4/18. On 2/2/18 we upgraded because two more friends arrived. The first room had scuff marks all over the wall and just had a dirty feel. The toilet was leaking. I told the man at the front desk and was told to tell the morning staff because there was no maintenance man available at night. The next day I told the morning staff and was able to switch rooms. They rushed me to come back to the hotel to switch rooms yet they were still painting when I came into the new room. The paint got on my friend’s purse. The next day when we upgraded, there was an extra bed but no living room area, refrigerator or microwave and it’s supposed to be a suite. A huge cockroach came running from God knows where. Staff came in to kill it and spray raid. The wash towels were faded and blue, though the rest of the towels were white. One of the dry towels were dirty but rolled like it was clean for us to use. They did not provide enough wash rags for our party but couldn’t provide me one when I requested. I was expected to shower with a dry towel. That night I could hear screaming in the hall because of yet another cockroach. There was no breakfast though breakfast was advertised. Staff were very nice.

1st time visiting Miami, the hotel was beautiful. The room was very clean. The only thing is the hotel doesn’t have parking space. You have to pay extra to keep it in a garage. The first day I was there, they were testing the fire alarms in the hotel which was very loud and annoying. It kept going off constantly which made it impossible to sleep. But they did inform us about it so can’t really blame them. Overall nice hotel.

When I initially got here my room was disappointing. There were scuffs on the wall, the toilet leaked and it just looked dirty. When I brought it to the attention of the morning staff they immediately fixed the problem and allowed me to change rooms. I was much more satisfied with the second room.

I had a death in my family and they would not cancel. Then we ended up on our trip anyway. No parking on site, and we had to park and walk over a block away...25 bucks later! The air was horrible...we would put it down and it would go back up to 83! Paid a resort fee for a place with no pool!

Just ok. This is the ikea of hotels. Or the Spirit Airlines’s of hotels. Bed and pillows are uncomfortable. Towels are cheap and rough. Staff is nice View from room is pretty bad due to the construction. Not too far from the strip. Lots of restaurants around.

Loud noise All four nights The first three nights was terrible Also during the day there was some repair right by the window Disturbing loud noises Had to go tell the staffs The staffs were apologetic and kind It could have been the. best stay the the hotel did not make an effort to give a room in higher ground Sorry from room 112 one can hear everything Please do something to stop the noise Please don’t accept the rooms near to lobby if you’re reading this review

I read so many great reviews! Seemed nice enough upon arrival, obviously recently renovated. My room which was hot. Tried to adjust the AC to be cooler, would only allow me to go to 67 (and it def was not 67 even when it had been running for the allowed 2 hrs)- I couldn't "lock" the setting so it would revert to 75 degrees after two hours. Upon first entering the bathroom that the towel bar was drooping off the wall. There were no other surfaces to unpack suitcase on besides the desk in the corner of the room where there was no lamp or outlet. Trying to plug in my device before bed, I found there were no outlets near the bed that didn't need something else unplugged. There were no drinking cups in the room. The bed was comfortable but the room was so hot overnight I barely slept. There were no DO NOT DISTURB signs provided either. The TV looked like it might fall too. And there was only one trash can, in the bathroom. The next morning I discovered there was no soap for the shower so I had to bathe with the provided shampoo for the next two days. And the hot water refused to work in the shower which was extra magical. Especially because there was no door on the shower stall so between the two I was shivering by the end of my sad dousing. I went downstairs to mention my issues to the desk and see what was for breakfast (sad white bread and jam NO THANKS). The desk person came up to "fix" my hot water by adjusting it to a unintuitive angle. It still wasn't HOT it was warmish.

Apologies to hear. We continued to assist you with your requests but unfortunately as we explained; the AC unit could not cool down the unit if the windows were open. We demonstrated how quickly the room cooled with the windows closed but you kept opening and expecting the room cold with the windows open in a Miami Summer day.
