Not accommodating, extremely rude couldn’t “ find “ reservation for 30 mins upon arrival, booked a ocean view room just to have to be moved out of said room due to an huge flying cockroach or some sort of insect. Was downsized to a smaller room & was told I’d receive my resort fee back.

My experience was terrible. The hotel is outdated and old looking. The power went out the second day of stay so we had no lights or a/c it was hot and uncomfortable. The next morning it was still no power until around 10:00 am and one of the staff entered our room without knocking. I was in the room with no clothes on and was scared. This was the worst experience I ever had with any hotel in life. 0/10 don’t recommend at all the worst.

My husband and I had an AMAZING time at this hotel. Everyone was so kind. We even met the owner Tom. He was so personable and easy to talk to. We had no idea who he was until the end of the conversation.
