The property had roaches in the room we called they said they’ll come remove him out of the room they wouldn’t switch his rooms the TV didn’t work for two days in the room there’s no wash cloth the Wi-Fi was down someone walked in our room with their room key so it’s unsafe will not be back stay away

The lamp shade had rust on it. The dresser paint was chipped and the walls had a lot of stains on it.

The staff was very helpful. I liked that they lend beach towels. The hallways look a little worn, but overall, the place is in ok conditions.

The rooms have an off putting smell to them. They also have roaches. Me and my sister both woke up with a couple bites as well. I do not recommend. Couch in room looked like they found it outside.

I wouldn’t stay at this hotel again. Was not clean and had bugs and needs to be updated.

Property was in a great location. Could use updating especially in the hallways. The hallways were not in the best condition, but the room itself was good.

The young lady who checked us in had absolutely no personality. It was as if we were interrupting her. We stayed from Fri-Mon, the entire time we had to ask for clean towels and face cloths. Face cloths were unavailable except on one occasion. The staff was friendly with the exception of the one front desk young lady. The area has lots of food options and is walkable.

Area surrounding is not so safe day/night

Toilet did not work. Beds were dirty. Overall cleanliness was bad.

I like the front desk service always willing to help, overall the Hotel was very clean I will go back there. Thanks.

Looks nothing like the pictures

I’ve stayed at the Clinton many times but this time they were slacking. No towels. The air in my room didn’t work. And not to mention the god awful view out my window that looked like a construction site.

I would like a full refund. elevator broken so i had to carry my luggage up 3 flights of stairs.Iron was broke,no wash clothes in the room.Waited 15 min for staff to come to front desk when i was checking in.Dirty carpet.Rooms to small.I will never stay here again.
