my stacy was horrible Me and my husbad got bite up by bed bugs at this Hotel we currently have a claim in place to get our money back from our stacy and to make matters worse the bed bugs went in our luggage now they are in our home . its been a challenge trying to get our money back But when we showed the Ritz our videos and pictures and Dr notes somehow Now they are willing see what they can do . I honestly think that This is the worse trip ever! the room floors looked dirty I would never EVVEERRR STAY AT THE RITZ CARLOTN

The only negative (odd) thing that happened was when I had the "DO NOT DISBURB" sign on my door. I was sitting out on the little patio and was surprised to walk back into my room to find the maid cleaning my room! Not that it was a big deal...but for a five-star hotel, I was taken aback!

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The staff went above & beyond to make sure we had a great trip, especially Wilson who served us at breakfast every day. Our room was upgraded after we had a longer than expected wait to check-in, which gave us an amazing view of the beautiful beach. Would definitely recommend for a quiet and relaxing stay in Miami.

I paid for an ocean view with a balcony, room did not have an ocean view, view was blocked by trees. Staff was not helpful, I had to call corporate twice about this issue.

The hotel location is very convenient, nice hotel, nice services, nice room, but with the amount you paid per night you don't get any especial no food discount or drinks, no happy hours, terrible prices for breakfast $38 p/p, lunch and dinner really expensive and not a good quality food, my suggestion is to hire a better chef for lunch and dinner, breakfast is very good, and to have happy hours especials for guests(2 drinks 40$ no way), discount in breakfast, lunch and dinner, because is another vacation just eating inside de hotel $$$$$

Can't beat the location. Right on the beach. Right on Collins and Lincoln Rd.

Best vacation ever! Best hotel hands down!!!! If you want to be pampered there is nothing that can compare!

We went for 3 days on a business trip and going our stay to be very pleasant at thie Ritz -Carlton.

Absolutely Great Hotel! Very friendly staff , 100 professional. Best service!

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for our 20th wedding anniversary, and this by far, was the BEST hotel we've stayed in. The suite was FANTASTIC. The amenities were GREAT. The Ritz Staff is the best. Very attentive to our needs, friendly, and always concerned to make sure we had everything we needed for the day. The only downfall I saw with this hotel was the $40 per day parking for our car rental. A little step to say the least, especially since we didn't use the car much in South Beach (restaurants were accessible by walking), but I know that is the norm in South Beach at every hotel that has parking. So if you have a car, just be aware. Also, the resort fee was $28 per room/per day, but like I said, it was worth the fee, since the service in the room, pool, beach, fitness center, etc. was OUTSTANDING !! Definitely would come back here again !! Special shout out to Alicia Perez-Otero !! You helped make our 20th Anniversary very special and my wife and I are very thankful.

We had a wonderful time, everyone was helpful and we didn't want to go home!

Overall I had a pleasant stay however, they nickel and dime you for everything. The fine print is not obvious about the $200.00 per night amenity fee. The rooms were below my expectation for 350.00 per night fee. There was visual wear and tear I don't expect from such a high-end hotel. The Bell service takes what seems like a year to bring items to your room. The front desk staff is awesome & pool side service is great!

Needs a Facelift, been here before but has a dated look compared to today's Standard. No mini Bar in Room that's unusual. Wouldn't go back next Time.

We were not thrilled by the quality of the hotel. The room had some furnishings that seemed a little cheap, along with gifts you could purchase in the room, which were a bit tacky. The carpet was sticky and there were a few ants, but they don't bother me. The room in general was nothing too really rave about. It didn't feel like it lived up to it's name (The Ritz) The restaurants were really disappointing. The food at the buffet was cheaply done and options had a cafeteria feel to them, so we didn't eat there. We expected more from the dining, something a little more fancy, had a cruise ship feel to it. I don't have much luck with the Ritz, last time I was at one (many, many years ago) for my Birthday I got food poisoning, but Im sure it's fine. If you're looking for location it was great as we did not need to rent a car to do things. I would stay there again if the price was right, but otherwise probably not. The place just needs a few more tweaks to make it right.

Great location, excellent service. Beautiful hotel!

I had a wonderful relaxing weekend thanks to the staff and location.

The ritz experience was a good one. For the most part we were very pleased with our stay. Hotel room was strangely a wheelchair accessable room with no bathtub regrettably, but had a good pool and ocean view. Housekeeping did a rather lax cleaning service after we slept in. ( basically making the beds only, and did not clean up glasses etc around the room) Pool service was impeccable! And all of the employees were super kind and accommodating. Vibe was nice and relaxing, with live acoustic music by the pool in the afternoon. Constant supply of flavored water and sunscreen by the pool. We had lunch one day and an afternoon snack the next. Food was average, especially for the price. Location was great, right in the middle of things, but area just in front of the hotel was a little run down with closed storefronts and graffiti.

Great location, excellent service!! It was a pleasure to stay at this hotel

This hotel is located in the best part of the south beach. The rooms are large and clean. In addition, rooms are cleaned twice daily. The hotel is conveniently located at the beach, but the pool is even better!! The worst part is the parking. The only available parking is valet, and the charge is outrageous ($36+tax). Also, every time you pick up the car several people come around you, and are looking for a tip which makes you uncomfortable. Overall it was a good experience.

i was accidentally stranded in miami by myself for weekend. hubby put me up in the Ritz...it was perfect. staff was amazing and took great care of me. everything about it turned out to be a positive experience. would definitely return.
