I’m writing this review cause I wanna give a shout out to the hotel and all the great people that work there!! Especially “Patrick Fabre“ he was hands down the best!! He made sure me and my family had a great experience at the hotel and just his way of being his customer service is like I’d never seen😱!! Most definitely be coming back👏🏼
We got an ocean view room on the 8th floor. The hotel is posh and clean overall. The staff and services are great. All the staff who works there are friendly and they really care about you having an enjoyable stay. Even though they are not a 5 star hotel, they have thought of details like having sun tan lotions and water by the pool so all hotel guests have to bring is their own swim suits. My only dissatisfaction is with all the extra fees like resort fees and 20% auto tip for even 2 people. These fees make the states resorts less competitive than many other resorts countries like Mexico, Cuba and Bahamas. Our average rooms fees are more than a 5 star hotel in Dubai...which is quite telling. Overall, I would still recommend this hotel to my friends and family.
The Cadillac Hotel & Bech Club has an exceptional staff and the hotel is absolutely beautiful. I spent my 50th Birthday weekend there along with a group of 8 others. Patrick organized a surprise for me in our room to kickoff my birthday celebrations and it was awesome! Thank you so much for helping make my weekend fabulous!
Patrick and Israel at the front desk were amazing. Patrick went out of his way to ensure my stay was memorable. He was engaging, professional and extremely personable. Had 1 minor hiccup and the overnight manager Israel went above and beyond to rectify the problem. Anne, the valet manager was tremendous. She greeted me upon my arrival with a smile, explained all the amenities of the resort and me feel right at home. Upon my departure, she greeted me once again, gave me exact directions and an amazing fond farewell. She is a complete asset to this property...
Celebrated my mum's 56th birthday at the Cadillac 1 to 5 June. My sister mum and I stayed in one of their beautiful ocean view rooms everything was immaculate. From the valet Juan to bell boy John to our reservation agent Kimberley concierge Alex we felt like queens. The rooms are gorgeous everything looks brand new and the maid service each morning kept everything sparkling. I went to yoga twice, yin one day yang another the instructors were fantastic. The beach staff tended to our every need and kept us fed and watered as we lounged and sunbathed. Starbucks was a short walk at a neighboring hotel so unfortunately I did not partake of the onsite buffet and restaurant. Definitely staying there on my next trip to Florida. I rate it 10 stars!
Hotel was fine. Apparently it was a Marriott Courtyard that was remodeled. The remodel however DOES NOT constitute making this an Autograph Collection. There was nothing striking to make it an Autograph hotel. I think it’s just a way to get more money out of the guests. The 2 pools are small along with the seating area around them. We stayed 3 nights and could never find seating around the pool when we went down around noon. The bar needs to work on a few small details. For example, we went down for a glass of wine and the wine glasses were pretty gross with water spots everywhere on the glass. If you’re claiming to be an Autograph hotel, at least try to act like one. The resort fee is a TOTAL RIP OFF. Another way to nickel and dime your guests. I’m a Platinum Elite guest and I don’t appreciate the BS resort fee that also gets taxed. Great to have two chairs at the beach but without an umbrella, I’m not going to sit out there and after paying $36 in daily resort fees, I don’t care to pay another $25 for an umbrella. We didn’t use anything included in the resort fee that wasn’t included with my Elite status. When guests don’t use the BS stuff included in the resort fee (shoe shine, “beach games”, PressReader (whatever that is), the hotel is just stealing from guests. Every other hotel I’ve stayed has waived the resort fee with my status. I asked to talk to a manager – who knows if he really was one. The guy was completely unhelpful and somewhat rude. This hotel wouldn’t budge with anything. I will NEVER stay here again. There are nicer hotels to stay at. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.
Highly recommend this hotel. Friendly, knowledgable, curteous staff with a great location. Hotel offers a family pool as well as a more quiet adult only pool and access to the beach. Hotel decor is a very classy 1940s contemporary style, extending into the guest rooms, which are spacious and quiet. Delicious cafe/store across the street with so many options. If you are there, make sure you ask the friendly valet attendant, Sandro Alvarez for tips on great restaurants and places to visit while you are there.
My daughter and I recently stayed at the Cadillac a few days before our cruise and I would highly recommend this hotel! The service around the property from the beach staff and service to the bar to Oscar S. who was always asking if we needed anything. He made our stay and was always around to answer questions or help in any way possible. We will definitely be back again!
This review is solely based on Keyva's customer service!! She asked questions, provided me with a variety of options and went above and beyond to make sure my parents surprise was set up in their room. Once I hear feedback after my parents trip they just might earn that 5 star which will include, exterior/interior, food, professionalism of staff and good customer service. To the hotel manager, Keyva deserves recognition not for just doing her job and doing it well, but simply for following up which is known as the "follow through" method. Thank you soooo much for your customer service and taking care of my parents!🌴😊
