My main complaint is the you can't get extra linen for anything. The beds are a little low to the ground. And it is really annoying having to go through valet anytime tou want to leave and go back. But, we had am ocean front room. It was so peaceful. The beach was fairly quiet. I'd stay here again.

Annoying neighbors/ weak security

The first night I went out and came to sleep at 2am. The adjacent room guests were having a gathering and did not get quiet until around 5:30am. I emailed my host about the situation and demanded my refund so I can find a different place, instead I was told to call security so they can take care of the problem for me I was not offered a refund nor a change of room. The next night I went out again and came to my room at 11am, the adjacent room was quiet until 1:30am they got to their room and started to have their gathering like it was daylight. I waited until almost 3 am hoping they would get quiet but no they never did. So I called the security and they told me they were going to talk to them. I waited around 20 minutes. I never hear a knock on their door, and they didn’t get quiet. So I went to the lobby and reported the disturbance, the security tried to lie to me saying they had been to their room already, I was upset for lying to me, so I told them if they were not going to take care of the situation I was going to confront them, the security urged me not to, so the security guy followed after me and did knock on their door and told them to cease the noise which they did by then it was almost 4am. My 3rd night the neighbors came to their room at 1:30am with their noise, talking and laughter, I woke up and right away called the security which they came to their door right away. They lowered their voices but never went completely quiet, at 4:30am they again started. :(

Great value apartment stay

I booked an apartment with a balcony and it was amazing. Each apartment is different, but I really enjoyed mine and the building. Staff were great and great value that the valet was included. Important to note that you are booking into a serviced apartment and that you need to clean up after yourself because the cleaning service is only weekly. Towels/linens are very basic.

location was very good. Apartment is very old and not clean at all. Old blood stain was found in the bathroom and the tub had signs of mold.

Check in was smooth for us because I had all info but the security staff were rude with no information. The shower had a trickle of pressure. No towels after first use we were required to wash our own. No washers and dryers required a cash card we had to get downstairs The lint traps were disgusting and half didn’t work Had to take our trash in grocery bags to o a trash room The pool was fantastic and heated and the pool bar was great The hallways had a bad odor Had to listen to a valet cuss a customer and his shirt said supervisor Uber drivers said the area of entry is unsafe due to how they do valet Pillows were flat Refrigerator was frozen Shelf for dishes leaned scared to put dishes back on Windows filthy Great views Beach access was good

The lobby looked nice, but the hallway to our room smelled of vomit and it lingered into our room, the rooms were dirty. Staff was subpar. Hotel restaurant closed an hour early and opened late (nowhere else to get food), service was terrible, food was mediocre at best.

Property is run down. Room smelled like malathion! Doorlock was unreliable but quickly fixed. Certain necessities were absent. Less a suite and more a room with a wetbar. Windows were screwed permanently closed. Good pool & pool bar. Valet is crowded but quick if you tip (which is expected and deserved).

our stay at Girasole Apartments was incredibly disappointing. The room was not only outdated but also poorly maintained. First day of our arrival when we opened the room door, we felt extremely strong chemical odor. It was very serious strong chemical smell. We are considering these conditions as health hazard. Staff is unresponsive and slow to address issues, service is discourteous and lack of helpfulness. No actual resception desk with help.
