We got the balcony view 1629 and it was decent. The bed wasn’t comfortable. It kept making noise when you toss and turn. Our back hurted the next day. We found a couple of roaches. They barely had towels. Bring your own beach towels and towels for back up. They only communicate through email. The balcony view was amazing.

I was pleased with the location and the ocean view. The place is not five star rating but for the price, you can't beat it. Also a big plus is the free parking which is a rarity in this area.

Room was questionable in cleanliness. Every single area in the bathroom (floor tile, bathtub, faucets, door jam) were painted over. This makes me wonder how it can possibly get cleaned after each stay. The view was NOT as pictured in the listing (even after identifying the same room), all we could see is the top of the roof. We got put into the wrong room thanks to Expedia’s incompetence, however I think this property management team needs to closely monitor their standards because this room was disgusting.

Bathroom was dirty.. Bathroom sink stayed clogged.. Room wasn't what was advertised on site.. Only 2 washcloths was given had to purchase more.. Who uses 1 washcloth?! Water was cold/warm.. The air barely worked.. & the doors.. Oh My God the doors.. You could hear all night & day people coming & going.. You could hear the doors closing from down the hall.. Sometimes sound like people were slamming their door.. & this isn't My 1st time staying at this location.. I've been staying there since 2017 & this has been My worst experience.. Due to the room..

We were very disappointed with the management's attitude. We had zero minutes of early check-in. Upon entering the room, there was a strong smell of oil-based paint (we even found an empty paint can on the counter) and a large puddle of water on the floor from a leaking refrigerator. The response was to leave the room for someone from the maintenance team could turn on the odor-eliminating machine and "check" the refrigerator. We were waiting over 2 hours outside. Suggestions to provide different room, lower the price for the inconvenience, or ultimately, a late check-out were ignored. This was too much for our quick getaway.

It has nice locations, parking facilities is nice, all staff members are supportive, views are amazing , just across the beach but property conditions was average, had to keep tap on for 10-15 min to get warm water (yes warm water), due to rain there was water leak in apartment at few places, management did offer another place to stay overnight until they fix next day but it was smaller and had bay views, management did try to help me but never agreed on refunds for the issues I faced, furniture had some issues like broken, damaged parts, beds were comfortable, bathrooms were good in size.. overall I would give 1 or 2 stars. However as per mail received from property management, if we give 5 stars, they can also return 5 star to me however I will be honest that with that price tags, there can be other options.

Good stay overall, but with some concerns

The shower appeared to need some touching up visually (some peeling paint, shower head leaking, etc.), and the “ocean view” advertised for our room was mostly overlooking the roof. However, aside from those two things, the room itself was great. A slight nitpick though - the soaps in the bathroom smelled like burning chemicals, almost like the type of chemical used in perms at hair salons. Outside the room, the property was very busy most times of the day, making the elevators and car valet services difficult to utilize without crowding and/or long waits. With that in mind, overall the stay was very good, especially for the price. The aforementioned hiccups should just be kept in mind if planning to stay here.

The rooms are old. The bathroom needs to be remodeled, the bathtub is so old. The bedroom was fine, but this time the room was in the back of the building with a long small window on the top of the wall looking to a roof and the ocean was a little bit in the view. Last year U had a beautiful view looking to the water canals of Collins Avenue. No this time. Awful.

this property is the worst. they make you do valet parking which takes up a lot of your time waiting in line to offload or pickup. they are no leineinent with check in or check out times, not even by a few minutes. they charge for everything, valet, suitcase storage etc. they send security into that toilet if you go to change your clothes from the pool, as if that is illegal. they are rubbish and rude. that pool bar ppl are very rude as well and make u pay at once and run u down if u go back to the pool !
