Don’t be fooled, this is a cheap and nasty unit that should be taken down from the platform. I’m even shocked to see that it was on here on the first place. Do not go near here spend the extra money and get a better place.

For middle Miami Beach, it is a chip fair option, but the apartment needs an update. The showers have low pressure and look dirty due to the age of the appliances. Also, the pillows and bed sheets need to be new, with better material and quality. It is also hard to find housekeeping since every apartment has its own company. A great plus is that parking is valet and free.

The apartment is in need of a remodeling. Walls are patched, bathroom is outdated with the bathtub peeling off. The beds need new mattresses. They were thin and wobbly in the middle. I woke up with a back ache everyday.

⭐️ 1/5 – Very Poor Experience- Avoid at all cost. This stay was extremely disappointing and poorly managed. The owners were unresponsive despite repeated complaints. The room had multiple maintenance issues, including clogged sink and bathtub, broken appliances, damaged floor tiles, and visible ceiling patchwork. The laundry card machine was out of order. Staff at the front desk and valet were rude and unhelpful. Most concerning was a serious cleanliness issue, including what appeared to be bed bugs, a serious health issue, which was immediately reported to Expedia. A full refund was requested. Do not risk your vacation here. We regret choosing this property and recommend looking elsewhere.

Our stay at this hotel was unfortunately very uncomfortable. There was a persistent odor in the room, possibly from chemicals or cleaning products. Initially, we expected it to dissipate, but it remained throughout our stay. We specifically booked this property expecting to use the laundry facilities. However, upon arrival we were informed that the laundry card system was not working. Despite repeatedly raising this issue with the reception, no solution was provided. The contact number given to resolve the issue was never answered, and the matter remained unresolved for the entire two days of our stay. Additionally, the room furnishings are extremely old, and the bathroom appeared poorly maintained and unclean, which added to the discomfort. Overall, the experience did not meet basic expectations for cleanliness, comfort, or service. I would not recommend this pace to anyone.

Avoid this place! The photos online are completely misleading. Check-in took over an hour with rude staff, and the valet team was equally difficult to deal with. The room itself was in terrible condition—it smelled of mold, the bathroom wouldn't drain, and the flush was broken. We even found mothballs in the AC vent. Management is unresponsive and failed to provide a requested crib. Not worth the "beach access" at all ..stayed for three nights horrible

It was clean and the room was spacious with a good view. the pool and beach access was great. you have to go to front desk to get a wrist band for everything (going to the pool/gym/beach) it’s annoying because you take it off all the time and the line for front desk is usually really long and it takes forever. I did like the hotel it’s just the system they have for the wrist bands, laundry etc seemed more difficult and time consuming than it needed to be. Contacting about an issue needed to be through email and I asked about more toiletries twice and never got them.
