Highly recommend this fabulous quaint hotel. Staff is so friendly and welcoming- grounds are clean and fresh- beach is a few steps away- it's like your own private paradise. Very calm relaxing - I would even come here for a long weekend ALONE for a little mental getaway.

The hotel was in the perfect location for a weekend trip for my girlfriend and I. The hotel and beach staff were all very friendly. The room was excellent and we enjoyed our stay at the hotel as well as the a day at the spa.

There was black mold in the bathroom which triggered my allergies. Bed was quite hard and uncomfortable. Woke up with small bites on my body and not sure if they were mosquito bites or something else. To top it all of, we got at the hotel at a quarter to 4 and was made to wait until after 4pm to check in which I have never experienced in any of the hotel I've stayed at.

Very nice resort I will definitely choose again to stay there

Pricing paid is not worth the value. Location is good for the beach however there is not much in the area.

The hotel was very accommodating and provided everything we were looking for. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone staying in South Beach, Miami

There are so many positive things about this hotel: great location, classic/quality feel, excellent service, lovely grounds. And most importantly, it's a smaller resort with diverse and well-maintained outdoor spaces. You don't have disco music blasting around the pool area, like our experience in neighboring the Confidante. Breakfast buffet was satisfactory. I wish they didn't have all those frozen pastries! Also, the beach area is beautiful. We would like to come back.

Had a great time at the pool and the beach. Had to wait over an hour for check in. Ordered a mini frig for our room that never showed up. Concierge did not seem to know about any cheaper rates or special deals that were all over the area. We were there since Wednesday morning and continually asked about any Superbowl specials or party. One sign appeared by the restaurant advertising some specials, but again that being all. On Sunday morning all tables outside the bar area had reserve signs on them, and nobody knew why. No communication. We were able to sit outside by the tiki bar and watch the game which was great. Again though no communication as nobody knew this earlier in the day.

Staff was very friendly. Felt like home not a hotel and the view was amazing. Clean pool beach was near by did not have to walk much.

It is our 6th time in this hotel. I think it says everything.

Awesome hotel! Friendly staff, nice pool, beautiful landscaping right on the ocean!

Staff very helpful, organized, and attentive; rooms in excellent condition; pool and exercise room in excellent shape. Only downside is that food is very expensive. But, if that's an issue, lots of restaurants within walking distance.

Everything about this place is 5 star. When you walk through the pathway to the beach you feel like you are on a tropical island. Do yourself a favor and experience this place.

Nice hotel, walk with extra money if you plan on having meals and drinks at the hotel "pricey" Stayed October 2016

Lovely hotel. The pool area is lush and reminds you of a tropical oasis- looks much better than surrounding hotels! You seem very secluded. Restaurant and back looks plantation style with very cozy seating and ambience. Staff is very accommodating. I would very much recommend and return

Beautiful hotel with a very friendly staff situated right on a gorgeous beach only complaint if I had one would be that we booked an oceanfront room which we got but I did not realize that hotel has no balconies wasn't a big deal because our stay there was fantastic !!

Great friendly and accommodating staff, private access to beach

I am taking some of my time to write a review and that’s the best compliment I can give to anyone. This place is amazing. The staff, right across the board were extremely courteous, friendly and willing to please. I enjoyed my stay here and I know for sure, this will be the first place I will check for reservations for my next trip to Miami Beach. Keep up the good work.

Great omelettes! Good pool side ambiance. Everything you need is at the hotel.

Relaxing, and very cheap to get everywhere in Miami. No fridge for outside beverages. Great breakfast near by. Would recommend
