This was an amazing stay we booked a 4-night/5day stay … everything was clean, service was great, car rental pickup was excellent and easy… the hotel was a great value , great stay , great location , and had good amenities. One of the only downfalls was our hotel didn’t have a microwave at all… and one of the cleaning people came into our room without telling us and room cleaning was “request only “ which we never requested. overall 4.5/5
Pool was off site and restaurant didn’t open until 5pm.
The Urbanica was in a great location. Just far enough away from South Beach and the chaos but only had to walk a couple blocks. Very clean and modern! Highly recommend staying here!

It’s was nice overall but the parking sucked. They took to long to bring the car. I had to ask for new towels and for them to empty the trash
Amazingly friendly staff. Great restaurant in the lobby. Wish it had a pool, but the one at the Meridian sufficed. Rooms were clean. House keeping was attentive. Would stay here again.
