Great clean amenities, rooms are small but plenty of places to hangout in the hotel. One thing I didn’t like was that I paid $24 for a water down mojito in a small Dixie cup. They could do better and sell more if it was fairly priced. I would go back to the hotel but wouldn’t spend a dime at the bar

One of the worst stays of my life. I must of asked to get housekeeping a thousand times with no success. My room stank and was nasty by the time I left, was there for four nights. The pool was super crowded too with very little room. Service was very slow all around.

I had a great stay at the Moxy South Beach. My flight got into Miami at 7:30am and I figured I leave my bags at the front desk until check in at 4pm but they let me check into my room early! The hotel is so cute! The design is playful and cool. I love the pools and the coffee shop in the Lobby. It was clean and comfortable. It’s a great value if you’re looking for a stylish low frills stay that’s close to the beach.

It is a party hotel, so if you are looking for some peace and quiet, this is not the place. The front desk staff was inattentive, unfriendly and obviously not having a good day when we were checking in. There is only two desk available and only one person working, so the process was also slow. The cleaning happens every other day and there is absolutely no space to store your belonging, the little rack they put on the wall is pretty useless and bulky, making the rooms feel smaller. I wouldn't stay there again.

Walking distance to alot of shops, beach and food. Housekeeping never cleaned the room during the whole 5 day trip. Even after requesting for them to come in.

As a Marriott Platinum Elite member I take joy in the perks. I was hoping to get an upgrade but hotel was fully booked. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Room was small and I kept bumping into the base of the bed which is made out of wood and hurts. Location is perfect

the rooms lack comfort and space. Everything is too minimalist. Impossible to accommodate more than 2 people in a room. We were 3 and had trouble getting around. Luggage has to be on the floor and there's no cupboard, no chest of drawers, no table to put anything on.We needed a mini-fridge and it took up all the space in the corridor, impossible to open the door because it was in front of the bed. We will not come back to this hotel.

Nathan, Carlos, and the early morning representative at the front desk were absolutely amazing! Great energy! The new pool guy, Anthony ☺️ was soooo nice, accommodating and personable! The rooms are small, but inviting and fun! Amenities were great! Forgot small items and they offered it all! The kids and I enjoyed the free bike rentals & vibes! Can’t wait to return to Moxy! :)

the property looked unique and quirky BUT room was small , room service never came to change bedding or give towels , no fridge unless requested . i wouldn’t stay at this property again . it was nice to try but i was disappointed.
