Pros: the beds were surprisingly comfy, pillows too. (If not we would have walked out and found another place). The hotel is in the center of everything! Cons: Beware room 117, a ground-floor dump.In need of some serious upgrading with a nasty stained tile floor that you won't want to walk on with your bare feet. It feels like a flop house or a room that is rented by the hour. No nightstands, no light by the beds. The one large window looks onto an ally with blinds that do not shut the bright lights out at night so the whole room is light up. No coffee maker, not even a plastic cup should you need a drink of water. That said we loved the location, the room was surprisingly quiet, and the staff was very friendly. Maybe on the upper floors the rooms are better, but this was no "Supreme" double that we paid 175 a night for. One of the worst rooms I have ever rented in my 40 years of budget traveling.
Patty working the front desk was amazing Tim at the Starlite cafe was great.
This place is prime location. I dont know what these negative reviews are about, we had a great experience. The staff was friendly. The service was quick. The price cant be beat and you are literally in the mix of everything. Steps from the beach. I would absolutely stay here again.
Awesome employees
Excellent hotel in South Beach… I’ve been there several times.
The location was convenient! Staff was nice and friendly!
Hotel did not look much like the pictures. The pictures look up to date unlike the hotel. One of the lady’s at the front desk was very rude when asked for something simple such as an extra towel.
Everything is convenient for my needs while I stay there
Great place next to cvs
I did not like this hotel. For the simple fact that I paid a deposit an upon leaving the front desk said they took my card information when I know I gave them cash .so basically they are not trying to refund my 100 $ deposit I would not recommend this place.
Very friendly staff, perfect location, and reasonable price. Everything was great for our one night stay.
Friendliest staff. Location is wonderful with so much to do. Not Recomended for small children.
I would not stay here again. For the amount of money I paid for a superior king room, I was expecting so much more. The only thing this hotel has going to for it is the location to the beach and the cafe. One staff member was rude to me for asking for an extra wash cloth. There was hair in the bathtub. Just overall not very nice.
Booked and paid for a Superior room with king bed. Was given a standard room with queen bed. When I said not the room we booked they told me because I booked thru Orbitz/Expedia I was not guaranteed anything and would get what's available. Even though I had paid more. Also asked for extra towels and was told I had to wait till the next morning to get them. I will never stay here again.
The only good thing this hotel benefits from it’s right across from the beach, dinning and shopping. It’s a old hotel basic hotel. The pics online makes it look better than what it really is. But, if you want to be in the middle of all the action. This is the place!
