The staff was friendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for our stay. The free breakfast is very limited, so don't expect alot. If tou like waffles, egg and pork you will be just fine. Overall I give it 5 stars and I would stay there again. Ocean Ave is a block over, and so is Washington Ave.

The president hotel was perfect for our 1 night stay before leaving for a cruise. It is walking distance to the beach and in a prime restaurant location. The hotel itself has a lot of modern character to it, mainly in the lobby and rooms. The hallways getting to the rooms could use an upgrade and some AC, but other than that I think this hotel is pretty great!!

Love the hotel, good size room and staff was amazing! Only thing is there was trouble with the air conditioning the first day and they advise it was getting fixed but it didn’t. We ended up switching rooms our second day and got the air conditioning working.

Ac was out in our room. They installed what’s suppose to be ac unit, but only warm air blew out of it. In order to hook up that unit, they had to close shut balcony door making not usable to use balcony so all out wet clothes we were forced to put in restroom making a mess everywhere. We mentioned it early in the day to desk clerk, said he would take care of it but didn’t. Later we went back and mentioned it and same clerk stated I wish I knew sooner to swap you. What? I told him at 11 am. So they said they would give us a fan. It was a personal small fan you put on office desk. Very disappointing. Let him know not a very good stay, he apologized but said to put in review. We were not accommodated for anything

The welcoming was Great! Henry was Excellent on giving me plenty of details not just about what to expect from the hotel but about the numerous amenities I could take advantage of to have a better stay during my vacation. It was beautifully located near the beach with a clear path from the hotel to the beach. It truly only took about 5 minutes to walk to the beach. There was a nice variety of shopping and eating places within walking distance. The breakfast was especially good for a continental breakfast. There was more bacon, ham, eggs, potatoes, and waffles than I expected. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our stay was pleasant.

Love this hotel

It was so good for the price. Had little any bugs but I remember seeing those at every hotel I have stayed at in Miami. The breakfast was amazing. The staff was nice and accommodating. Access to the beach was great!

We were greeted by Henry at the front desk, he was the sweetest! Most helpful person I encountered in my entire visit to Miami. He gave you all the information you needed plus some. He was attending multiple people at once so noone was waiting for a simple request. When we got to the room I did notice they did not sweep throughout the room but for the most part it smelled really clean and sanitized. We were about 3 minutes from a Starbucks, dinning options, and the beach.

Hotel stay was fine. We just had issues getting the tv to work and the bathroom door to close properly. We called and they said they would send a maintenance worker, but hey they never came! The smell in the lobby is very strong, not bad, but just EVERYWHERE. Breakfast is mid, with wet eggs and bland food. It is supposed to be buffet style but God forbid I get more than two strips of bacon lard. Also, the juice was room temperature. Last but not least, where the hell is the coffee.
