This property is not accurately represented in the photos. It is in a serious state of neglect. The elevator was broken, the wifi was broken, the windows didn't open, the shower didn't work, and there was no air conditioning, just a fan coming through a vent. It looks like it hasn't been taken care of in decades. The staff were very nice. We forfeited our entire 4 nights stay after one night and went and paid for another hotel.

The beds were TERRIBLE. It was like sleeping on a plywood board. There is zero sound proofing to the rooms via door and windows. No thermostat to control room temperature.

No one at the desk to check-in. Had to wait for over 15mins. I knew from previous reviews that the lift was out of order and that the air con was permanently on "cold" through out the hotel and rooms. It's not independent. This was still the case! Whilst checking in another guest had to ask for blankets for his wife as the room was so cold! I thought I could manage the cold but struggled as well. My room was basic but clean with a super king size bed that overlooked Ocean drive out to the beach. Overall the hotel has a great location but that is the only thing going for it! It needs a complete refurb but looking at previous reviews, it's been like this for years, so I don't see any immediate changes....I would give this a miss!

My bed was full of blood stains so that means the sheets were dirty. The blankets were dirty and they made a bed that was bloody. Also, after I cried and told them I have nowhere to go at 1:30 AM. They put me in a new room with two beds one bed was also dirty. I will not recommend this location to anyone and I am disappointed and I have pictures to prove it.

The room was in poor condition, is an understatement. The a/c didn't work as it should. Cracked floor tile, stains on ceiling, curtains, bedding. We were disappointed. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The location is great… can’t beat it. The room was spacious and clean but that’s where the good ends. The bed was uncomfortable, no elevator and no coffee. This is a good room for a one night stay but wouldn’t stay longer in this hotel.

Would not stay here again unless this specific location was more important than comfort. It was uncomfortable, dirty, no basic amenities, no elevator, very loud, and goes on. We did not get hardly any sleep due to the noise of the area, the thin windows, and the room above us being very loud also. The bedspread had stains. For us, never again.

The staff member was really rude when we asked him about the air conditioning set the same for the whole floor. Elevator doesn't work and we stayed on 3rd floor, we didn't have any kind of discount for that they lower the deposit from 200 to 100 but there is not a discount since it's money that we get back. we would not stay there again, especially since the windows are screwed shut.

This was a horrible experience from the time we got there. We only got the room for 1 night. I was not informed about the parking situation at no point during the booking or the multiple times I called. They have a so-called valet parking. However, the lot was right behind the hotel in a sketchy alley, it was $40 for 1 night and when we left I had to get the car myself.

Save your money when booking this place... first off the rooms are freezing. They dont each have there own AC unit so it was like uncomfortably cold while i was there. They did let me know ahead of time, however the elevator doesn't work. There was another review that stated his refrigerator didnt work so i was already going into with that mindset... My refrigerator was the opposite. It was so cold i put my things in there a few hours frozen solid... redbull can puffed out like a blow fish. The wifi is awful! The TV is connected to the wifi so the tv never worked. I took a photo for proof of what my screen looked like. I sometimes got a "theres a problem trying to play samsung tv. Check your connection" theres another screen i saw once but dont have that photo fyi, that said "there's no connection, connect to a network to use samsung TV" but what was weird was that the sound of the channel would come in and out..connected my phone to the wifi, and nothing loaded in a timely fashion. Videos, tiktok, tooks years to load i was forced to use data. The positive about here... its literally right across from the beach. Also relatively close to the little shopping mall and restaurants to keep you occupied since the tv didnt work. And the bed was pretty comfortable. Would i ever come back, absolutely not. Never in a million years.
