I did not feel that the overall experience justified the price. The valet service appeared to be understaffed, and retrieving our vehicle often took 30 minutes or more. Housekeeping consistently failed to provide an adequate number of towels, requiring daily requests for additional ones. Additionally, housekeeping service was typically performed late in the afternoon or early evening, which was inconvenient as we were preparing for dinner; morning service would have been more appropriate and in line with standard hotel practices. We also experienced shortages of basic amenities, including toilet paper and conditioner, which were not replenished as expected. At the restaurant, breakfast was advertised with a menu, but upon arrival we were informed that only a buffet was available and that ordering from the menu was not permitted. While the upper deck pool itself was enjoyable, ongoing construction noise from a neighboring property detracted from the experience. The lower deck pool had a pleasant temperature; however, there were insufficient chairs available, and the whirlpool was not heated. Although the hotel’s proximity to the beach was excellent and the primary reason for our selection, the hotel overall did not meet expectations.

They didn’t clean the room. They wouldn’t give us an extra pillow for the pullout coach. Regular double beds only had 3 pillows instead of 4 as they usually do. The food at the restaurant wasn’t great. The elevator was very slow. The location is good and the pool and beach are nice. Other than that, don’t expect much more.

Issue with room. Looks like we have checked in to fix their maintenance thing. From ac went to clogged washroom sink to toilet flush issue. Not a good experience. Maintenance guy was helpful but this thing can be fixed before checking in

The beachview was super,my room bathroom door was pilling water to the ground floor forcing me to use sandles while visiting the bathroom,2 days my bedroom bed sheets and towels were not changed even after reporting in the reception my bulcony was not clean too. Some staff at the reception are not welcoming,some how like ignorant ,moreso not explaining the procedures,ie checking in time, i was kept in reception from 9am to 4,30pm to check in my room.staff at the restaurant are discrimitive too,how do you tell a customer to go warm his/her tea in the reception area because they dont have microwave in the kitchen ,while another picks the same tea and warms the tea in the same kitchen in minutes,that was the worst experience.i hope and trust my views will be considered as a customer,thanks
