The area was lovely, quiet and safe. It was close to most!. The only issue was the entry door which was battery operated failed to open in the wee hours one evening and we found ourselves looked out for 4 plus hours. It did not help that the evening was cold and windy. Calls to management were not helpful to myself and the other 10 or so guests who could not enter the building. Hopefully the company is able to resolve this issue somehow. Thanks.

Our stay was the antithesis of what was listed. While beds were comfortable and the space had a descent layout, we were unable to access virtually any of our accommodations by the end of our stay due to cold water, no functioning laundry room, and egregious power outages toward the end of our stay. Management literally abandoned us, especially during the power outages, and offered no assistance or repair through any of these issues. Avoid this place if you want a stress-free vacation in Miami.

It’s great for what it is. Pros- price, AC worked great, kitchen, beds comfy, about a block from the beach, great surroundings areas. The lock on the room door was very sturdy and we felt very safe. The staff answered so so fast and helped quickly, absolutely love them!!! Cons- main front entrance door has a pin code lock on it that does not work and the door just opens so anyone can walk in…, windows bathroom and floors needed washes, bathroom door needs replaced and shower head needs replaced. If anyone is loud in the hallway you can 100% hear it. I think the room just needs to be updated and things need to be replaced Final notes. I would 1000% stay here again, although there was some things that I thought could be approved it was a convenient place to stay, nice people and felt good about sleeping there. Thank you

Both washers were broken. The 1 vending machine was broken. The lady that cleaned was broken because I asker a question. 1 of the drinking glasses was broken. 1 of the blinds was broken. There definitely needs to be some attention to the amenities description on the listing. It was clean though.

We just wanted cheap near the beach for me my son and a friend, 3 beds, nothing fancy. Water pressure is so poor you cannot flush the toilet, brush your teeth, or take a shower. It was cheap, but the first room we had looked like the door had been kicked in and the ac broke.second room had working ac but worse Water pressure. Third bed is an odd couch. Anyhoo, not cheap enough….and by the way the door to the street is NEVER locked and theee are homeless who sleep in the alley entrance. Nice, not.

Great location w/ a balcony

Awesome location near restaurants and super close to the beach. The condition of the property is very no frills, but having a full fridge and a balcony was very nice. Staff was friendly and check-in was easy. It wasn’t clear, however, during or after booking that we were responsible for taking out the trash and doing the dishes before checking out. We were informed this via text on our last day. Also there is no dishwasher so you have to trust that the last guests did a good job washing them (If the staff did it then why would they tell the guests to do it also?). Floors should have been swept before we arrived and also no light in the kitchen area. Balcony furniture also seemed flimsy and needed to be replaced. So overall good if you just want a close location to the beach and an outdoor space, but otherwise it’s ‘good’ but not ‘nice’.
