They refused to check us in and they still charged me

The stay was awesome the staff was friendly and nice

The daytime front desk man Jean is totally phenomenal. He is knowledgeable, professional and has a great sense of humor. If everyone had a person like Jean working in thei hotel us consumers would be better off. Please update your procedure In procuring ice. There are ice buckets in room a bar downstairs but you must go to another building to get ice. Really doesn’t make sense.

The room was spacious and clean - Front Desk Staff was very accommodating and nice especially Diana and the Manager that assisted us (Forgot her Name) - Overall we had a great experience and would return :)

The location was awesome it was in walking distance of everything. However, my room had ants. They did come and spray but it really did nothing and I was a little disappointed that they didn't switch my room especially for the price that I paid. The staff were professional, and courteous.

Noise everywhere , rude staff with attitude, unclean showers

Staff there were extremely nice and very attentive to make us comfortable and happy. Room was cute and nice, only thing I didn’t really like was that we would put a “please clean” sign on the doorknob and even after being outside for 2-5 hours, they didn’t come to our room. We were there 4 days and 3 nights and they only made our room once.

Incredible location but the place needs to be renovated. The bed sagged and the shower (I got a handicap room for some reason) is horrible designed with a slippery floor and basically no delineation between the shower and the rest of the bathroom other than a bump in the wood. Still somewhat floods.

No microwave in room, the cleanliness of the property is so so the staff sucks. The amenities are in other buildings not on their property

The room was clean and comfortable, the roof top pool you are required to spend $30 in food or drink to sit around it and the other pool was cold with limited sunlight. The food at their restaurant was just ok they had a band everyday at their restaurant which was entertaining.

The hallway and bedroom had a strange odor, the pool was dirty, the maids did not do a good job at cleaning the room. My experience was at the Maxine bistro

Awesome 2 pool options, great food options, loved complimentary happy hour, great location; only down side was no coffee in rooms.

I really enjoyed the free happy hour and the restaurants

Hello Robert, We are sorry that you were unable to present neither a credit card nor a debit card for the incidentals hold, which as you know, is mandatory. Our policy requires that the customer provides a card for the authorization and failure to comply results in a refusal to check-in such a guest. The refund cannot be granted since the accommodation was reserved and held for you, and it could not be sold to another customer. We hope to host you another time.
