Front desk staff weren't very friendly or helpful. There was a large party in the lobby, I assume checking out, just hanging around and children were playing soccer in the lobby. No one asked them to stop playing soccer in doors. Very disruptive to other guests.

Cómodo hotel y buena ubicación
El Hotel se ubica en Mid Beach, lo que permite llegar rápidamente a South Beach usando los Trolleys gratuitos o recorrer todo Miami Beach por este medio. Otra ventaja es que tiene la playa conectada a la pileta y sombrillas y sillas disponibles, excelente para hacer playa. El hotel es sencillo pero cómodo, y la habitación amplia. Para comentar: llegamos temprano al hotel, pero no nos asignaron la habitación hasta las 16:00 (horario del check-in, en otros hoteles suelen darte la habitación antes si está disponible). La ducha no funcionaba en forma satisfactoria. Por lo demás todo muy bien.

Our stay was ok. Prices at the restaurant are overpriced. 90 dollars for 3 at breakfast is too much. The one and only dinner we had at the restaurant was overcooked and again way overpriced. Rooms are small, no microwave Beach access is great, pool was great, staff was great.

I did not like that I was placed in a room with a construction building as my view. The area is very accessible to all transportation and restaurants. This hotel cost for food and beverages are very expensive. It’s wiser to go out and dine. I will return to this hotel for the location and cleanliness's.

Its terrible, while we were resting, smell weeds inside our room for 2 days in a row. The night i complained, they never even called back. We can heard people.talking while we are taking shower, which did not give up some privacy.
