We definitely enjoyed our time at the Raddison. Despite one night the power going out, and walking up to the 10th floor; we were still able to make the best out of it. Thank you so much for everything! We hope to be back soon.

Overall the hotel was pretty decent. The rooms could have been more spacious. That staff was friendly and accomadating. The pool was nice and the beach was close by.

Loved the staff! Carolina the bartender and Lenka at the front desk were absolutely amazing! They made us feel welcome and helped us with everything we needed. Aside from the mounds of sargassum on the beach, we loved staying here.

Out off all advertised VIP perks, only $50 credit was offered. Clerks were not even sure how to do it. No room upgrade, no early check in. Hotel is old. Rooms were clean. Pool was good, beach was soso. It is definitely overprised.

Kim was great to work with at the reception. She went above and beyond to accommodated all of our needs. The food was great and so were the drinks. Laurie at the pool bar really took care of her guests! The beach and pool area were perfect, exactly what we wanted for our vacation.

Nice people but hard to find ice and could never find a vending machine. Not good when bar closes at 10:30 on Sat. night and sundry shop before that. They also make a big deal about giving you a free drink but its' a lousy sangria or soft drink - not a decent cocktail. Service at pool bar horrible. Rooms were very nice. So there is some good and some bad. It depends on what is important to you. BIGGEST PROBLEM FROM EXPEDIA WHICH FAILED TO TRANSFER NOTES OF SPECIAL OFFER. THEY AND ORBITZ ALWAYS SEEM TO HAVE A PROBLEM.

Good: The Radisson has some of the best people working there. Everyone on staff was unbelievable. The location is very good, the pool is great, the oceanfront amenities are great. The lobby is very good. OTHER: The rooms are a bit small, but we only used them to sleep. I would say that room garbage cans are so small they are unusable. The bathroom has no countertops to put any hygiene items. The water took FOREVER to get warm (seriously, I timed it and we are talking average of 12 minutes)... the room we had was on the fourth floor, and the noise of the boiler room/main floor mechanical room was right below us and was very very very loud. Also, (and I get it is technically south beach, and inflation is very real) but $10 for a Heineken? C'mon. (It's not just this hotel, the whole area is priced for the many many many Ferrari and Bentley drivers in the neighborhood). The complimentary drink cards? Never used them as they are only good for a Sangria... ugh. Would I stay here again? Yes, but only a a discounted rate. The location and service are it's best assets. But you can find comparable options within walking distance to the beach for significantly less cost, and in neighborhoods that don't cost hundreds of dollars for two drinks and a meal for two.

This might be one of the best hotel experiences we have had. We were greeted immediately and did have a concern come up during check in. It was handled immediately, fairly and with grace. We loved Enrique, and our pool bartender who was working her butt off with a smile with an injury. We loved how quiet and relaxing the property was, can't say enough how much we loved this place!

Everything was clean and renovated, the room was beautiful, no complains!

clean, rooms felt upgraded and recently renovated, view was gorgeous from our room. Free drink coupon was granted. Chairs on the beach were free until 5pm for hotel guests.

We loved how updated it was . The rooms were very clean . The staff was super accommodating .My only complaint would be that the WiFi was not good.

The hotel was closed. I never got a notification from orbitz or the hotel. Sat on the phone with Orbitz for an hour and i still have not received a refund.

I visited Four Palms Miami from 3/13-3/18 with my girlfriend. For the price and location this is a great option for anyone looking for close proximity to the beach and downtown. The hotel itself is very nice and clean with a pool and direct beach access. My only complaint is that there wasn't a hot tub, but that was a minor inconvenience. This is by no means a 5 star resort, but for the price and accessibility to everything Miami has to offer I would absolutely recommend it and would go back again.

We deeply regret the hotel next store having difficulties that caused the buildings around it to momentarily lose power.

Thank you for taking the time to offer feedback on your recent stay at the Radisson Miami Beach. Unfortunately, we are suffering some staffing issues due to the pandemic. As a result, we have been forced to close early on occasion. Our restaurant, BARcelona is historic, and Sangria is as would be expected the signature drink for the restaurant. To us it is indeed a big deal, and we want everyone to have the opportunity to try it. To some it’s a decent cocktail however we understand that it doesn’t appeal to everyone. While Expedia / Orbits sends us specific details of each reservation we are always happy to assist if you feel that the reservation is incorrect. We find the folks at Expedia to be professional and helpful. We regret your disappointment.
