The room was old and had dirty bedspread, bathroom tub looked dirty but actually just worked. Carpet throughout the hotel and room was horrible, you can tell there was no effort to upgrade made. The hotel is truly convenient to venues and shopping however the adjacent hotels are newer and luxuries. I’m sure they are waiting to be sold and demolished for another company. Breakfast was not offered as included!

Hardly slept: Mattresses were probably from the last century (so worn, we kept rolling towards the middle all night), the bedframe squeak was unreal (bring earplugs) and the walls paper-thin (hello neighbors on all sides). The smell of decades of cigarette smoke in the wallpaper, curtains and carpet didn’t help to make the room experience any better. On the plus side: secure parking. Friendly staff.

My stay was great, the hotel staff was indeed nice and so helpful. The guy who helped store my suitcase in a locked room, while I enjoyed the downtown seaport area. This would be my go too spot before a cruise.

The floor we were on smelled like musty molding water. The room we were given was only minimally better. The room smelled damp and moldy and the bed even felt damp to sleep in. There were water stains on the ceiling and walls. The room look like it was painted by a 10 year old without any attention to detail. Paint was even missing in parts of the walls. Without a doubt the most disappointing Holiday Inn stay ever. The front desk staff were nice and the location was nice is about all there is good to say about this property.

Terrible Stay, Never Returning

The hotel smelled really bad. Like a basement, and during our stay we noticed it was black mold all through the hallways on the ceilings and walls! We also had issues with our rooms, mines was given away and my brother was charged for two rooms but when we arrived only one was available on his reservation. They tried to blame hotels.com due to it being a 3rd party, but we found out later on after check in that they had changed the name on his reservation to another guest in our party unbeknownst to any of us! Hopefully he was refunded because I ended up having to pay for another room once I arrived due to all the issues on their end! We also had to be switched rooms in the middle of the night due to a roach being in the room on the wall! We recorded this also! I hate that I paid much for a one night stay at a hotel that had roaches but black mold as well! We both (my brother and I) deserve a full refund

Our stay was fantastic. We had 6 total in one room. It was very spacious. Plenty of room. It was just a short walk to Bayfront park with everything you need. We got there before check in and got to leave our bags there while we went to eat lunch. Got our room two hours early. They offer a shuttle to the cruise port for $8 a person, which was very convenient. Overall experience was wonderful.
Just a few minute walk from our room.
