Hotel is great. Beds are comfortable and the rooms are very clean. Rooms are not ready at 3;00 PM.

Not enough staff for food and drinks. Took a long time to get our food! Bar and restaurant only open in morning and evening! It would be much nicer if restaurant and bar were open morning to midnight! We are on vacation! Convenience and relaxing is what we crave

We spent one night before going on our cruise. We checked in early. They were very helpful with taking care of our luggage since our rooms were not ready yet. They helped us with getting a shuttle to the ship the following morning. Location is convenient for walking to bayside mall. Great place to stay.

the rooms were freezing and you were unable to adjust the temp to make the room warmer. there were also no portable heaters provided to me to make the room warmer

The building a bit dated but the staff were awesome! Perfect location for shopping, food & near the water. Would certainly recommend this hotel.

Very convenient location, it has seen it's wear and tear being right on the bay but really not bad and worth it just for the location.

Great location, friendly and attractive staff, rooms are small but clean.

We had a very nice relaxing time at this hotel before leaving Miami for the Airport. It was a nice hotel with great staff. We enjoyed the pool and food because it's quite a walk to get something to eat. Lucky their are a few places that deliver. There was a problem with the elevator when we got stuck so hopefully that was fixed. Overall great stay for the price!

Had a good time great view nice room, it's right across the street from AmericanAirlines Arena and right across from Bayside shopping Court

The front desk staff was extremely friendly. They were able to get me checked in as quickly as possible. I arrived after 10am and recieved my room around 11am. The room was great. I've been to miami multiple times but never stayed near port of Miami. The view i had in my room was of construction but i didnt mind. The hotel is across from Bayside Marketplace which was great!! Overall, i had a wonderful time and i will be back.

We weren't supposed to be able to check in until late in the afternoon, but our room became available early and we were allowed early access. We really appreciated the staffs' courteousness at letting us in early. The room was super clean and fresh. Some of the staff didn't speak English, but they made every effort to help.

Great location for those going on a cruise. Catch an Uber ride (or taxi) for a short trip over to the ships.

The only good thing about this hotel is the location. If you are going to the arena it is perfect...a 2 minute walk. But as far as the hotel it's a disappointment..holiday inns are usually much better. The hotel is a old building and only some parts are renovated.. I had the luck getting a nice room one of times only. The rest of the time I had been put in the dated part. The smell of damp is very strong through the whole floor and rooms. The bath tubs are lined with a plastic casing which has no base support making the floor unsteady (kind of like a bounce house). Pool is dirty and also dated...breakfast was below average for a holiday Inn. See attached picture for the beautiful view I get for $200 everytime Bed and pillows need replacing not a good night's sleep..time to renovate! Next time I'm going to the Marriott minutes away.

I have no complaints about the hotel. It was very clean, hotel staff, warm and friendly. My complaint was with the onsite restaurant staff at Mamamia's. The breakfast was an outrageous $13.85 for lack-luster food. The waitress added in her own gratuity, although it was printed on the receipt, No gratuity added. I was going to give her an generous tip, but after she wrote it in, I asked her about the additional charge. She had the audacity to ask if I could read? Although she could barely speak English and obviously couldn't read what was printed on their receipt. I picked up the tip that I was going to give and put it back in my purse. I went to the manager and told him about the insult. He said that he would talk to her. Needless to say, I would not put my foot in their restaurant again.

awesome a nite stay before we went on cruise across the street from fun

The location to bayside is great-across the street! However hotel attached to abandoned building that is run down and smelly. No refrigerator in room. Food in hotel restaurant is poor- marginal at best. Great access to taxi service- never waited more than 2 minutes. Roughly $30 cab ride to airport. About a $15 cab ride to cruise ships. Pool is very small and nothing to speak of.

Pool is very small. Next to a rundown abandoned building which smelled of urine and sewage when we walked by. Nice location to bayside mall . Staff very helpful. Very easy to get taxis. No refrigerator in room. Room clean. Chairs in room extremely uncomfortable. Had lunch in hotel restaurant. Food mediocre at best.

I was not expecting such a nice hotel in a great location. The staff were very friendly, although somewhat flirty. We got a room upgrade which served us perfect since we were 4 staying the night.

The hotel was great. We stayed in Miami for one night because we were getting on a cruise ship the next day. The hotel is right near the port.

This hotel met my expectations. It had a nice view of the water and part of South Beach. It was situated between two stops on the Metro Mover line, but within walking distance of both. The inside of the hotel was nice - no smell, friendly staff, clean room. No problems to speak of, I hope all who book this hotel have a pleasant experience as well.
