Our family of 4 had a great stay! It was near beach events, food and shopping. The staff was inviting and always shared a smile. The room is tight for a family of 4 but it worked out just fine. Highly recommend!

I like the hotel location. I do not like that I was charge for car parking, when I told to the hotel staff several times that I don't have a car.
Shower wasn’t hot for 2 of my 5 days but they fixed it for me for remainder of stay. I’m pretty sure I was not my bed bugs. I scanned the bedding and didn’t see any but each time I laid down I had 3 more bites. Location was Convenient and staff was Friendly but the price was too much for the situation I ended up being in with the water and bugs
Rooms are smaller than expect, old, windows are not clear so you can’t see the view properly. Restaurant/bar employees could provide a better service. Very noisy at night.
Another fantastic stay here. Room was ready on time. Pool area very nice with music loud enough to distract from construction noise from next door. Love the feee happy hour drinks and poolside food service. Can’t wait to come back again.

If you want to sit at the beach every day, this is a great place to stay with quick access to Lincoln Road as well.
Rooms are not all updated. Ours was old with a window ac unit. Carpet was dirty and water pressure non existent.
Pricey for what you get. Pool was nice and beach was beautiful.
The room i was placed in had cracked Floors boards sticking out, paint chipping off the ceiling in the bathroom, door corners in the bathroom were warped and chipping. Outside of my room everything was perfect. The men at the backyard bar were amazing, the backyard and pool area were beautiful, and the hotel smelled amazing. I didn’t spend too much time in my room so all I needed was a clean bed to sleep in and a shower. If your looking for a hotel to chill inside of, this isn’t your to go. Most of my time was spent on the beach and in the backyard.
