The room was clean but because it was purchased through Expedia, I feel they stuck us with a parking lot/alley view on the 4th floor at the back of the hotel when much prettier/closer rooms were available. I was also charged $55 additional for the "amenities" (for our 8 hour stay) and $50 for valet parking. I would not stay here again, there are better options in the area.

This is the best budget friendly stay next to miami beach. Everything is walking distance. The property is not new but its clean. Staff is attentive and sweet! Will definitely stay again. The only thing i wish they can change is have the beds lower.

The pictures definitely show better than the hotel itself. When we checked in, they were super kind and nice, we stayed for three nights, but when we asked for coffee pods each day (to have one cup) the staff was rude and sent wrong ones. The room was not completely clean. The bathroom had hair in the shower as well as around the toilet seat and on the toilet. For the price it’s a great location and convenient. Could have been a bit cleaner and a bit nicer based on hospitality. The lady that checked us in was great.

I had one of the worst experience with hotels. At Beacon hotel and on our second night the electricity shut down a little bit before midnight. We had to stay outside for over 2 hours and every time we ask the receptionist he was like I don't know what happen it's the first time. I had my 4 month baby with me and he couldn't sleep and was crying so I had to call 911 to figure out myself any sort of support. 911 said we have to call the energy organization, so I went back to the receptionist and asked him if he did call , he said NO. So, I ask ed him to give them a call and it was a big issueso they kept saying different time to get the energy back and we kept waiting until noon of the next day but energy was still off. So, we had to check out and figure out another place to stay in and that was another hustle to deal with. We booked 5 nights, so we stayed 2 nights and we should get refunds for 3 nights, on the last night we got a text for reminding to check out on time which means Beacon didn't check us out and we were still on thier system. We had to go back and talk to them to fix that. What happened ruined our plan and the trip's vibe and mood, Beacon staff weren't professional in solving the issue ,taking any action to help their residents, or even they didn't refund the money fast for the inconvenience. I don't think I'll be back again.

It’s actually a really good deal. The price is excellent for the hotel’s location. Just keep in mind it won’t be perfect, but overall the value for money makes it worth it.

Doesn’t look anything like the photos. My room wasn’t ready, there were no towels, no shower curtain. The staff had attitudes when I asked for those things. The hotel lost power on the day of my arrival. ( 8:00-4pm the next day) There was no generator. No ice machine. I sat outside until 4:30am because of how hot it was inside. I requested a refund and the hotel is not answering the phone or responding to myself or Expedia. Worse experience I’ve EVER Had.
