Entry to the hotel stinks. Was not able to get an early check in but was able to use the pool while we waited. The toilet in the room would not flush. The little piece was broken. Pool was fine, cool being up on the roof with a mini bar. Location is great, right behind mangos

The room was Okay . Shower was good , the toilet worked if no toilet paper was used . Front staff was freindly and helpfull. . I was on vacation wanted some peace, but found it very close to the street level heard all kinds of noises and people talking . You can hear cars , ambulance , police cars.

Great value and location. Room was not ready early but was ready by 4 as promised. The rooms with the spiral staircase to a private rooftop are the best ones! Just the housekeeping crew is very loud at 8 am in the hallway

Great location close to lots of restaurants, beach (walking distance), and anything else you may need. Friendly front desk staff. Very clean spacious and orderly room with balcony. Restaurant onsite serves good food with great options with a discount (make sure to mention your a guest when ordering). Hotel accommodated us and placed our family in a room right next door. They will text asking if you have questions or concerns. And they answer! Huge plus. I’d stay again.
