YVE Hotel Miami

3.5 out of 5.0

Recent guest reviews

We loved everything about this hotel they even let us check in 4 hours early and held our bags til we left

Nice restaurants around and it's own tavern is good for a meal

Just 10 minutes walk from the AmericanAirlines Arena, si if you are going to a show there is a great hotel option. You just need to cross the street and you will be at the Bayside mall full of good stores and great restaurants.

Comfortable bed and pillows. Tiny bathroom. Extremely Convenient location. Street noise high from 4th floor, cars constantly honking at busy intersection. Fantastic view from large window. Valet signs almost too small to see. Tavern restaurant had great beer and drinks, food was okay as they said they were out of chicken at 5pm. Staff very nice. Valet took about 20 minutes. Great deal for price.

This hotel was alright. Their wifi sucked. The rooms were too small. The elevator was too small. But it was downtown. The breakfast buffet was mediocre at best. I would expect a lot more for a buffet that costed 20.00. I never seen a hotel that didn't have a mircwave in the room. The staff was extremely friendly but if you're looking at having a girls trip. I wouldn't recommend this hotel because the rooms are just too small.

Small cramped room, view of a wall 10 feet away, no parking, $18 a day resort fee for water and wifi basically.

Nice place to stay in downtown Miami! Close to bayside and American Airlines Arena! Nice hotel!

Very very small room and absolutely tiny bathroom. Not how it looks on pictures

We were expecting a lot more at the price we paid for our room (be sure to take into consideration the added resort fees). Everything about the hotel was small, from the size of the room (there's very little room to even open your suitcases) and bathroom, to the "free drinks". The mini suite on our cruise ship was twice the size. It was clean and the location is great, but not worth the money. We ate breakfast there (not included) which was fine but the service isn't very good.

First of all, my car was returned to me filthier than when I left it with the valet. Then there is a parking surcharge on top of a parking tax??? That is not included in the enormous valet fee of $32?? my car should have been washed for that price. Second of all, Amenity fee of $16 is added when I never used any of it! Again I was taxed on this too! So now I am paying almost $80 more for a mediocre room. Not going to happened again and will never recommended this hotel to anyone!

Great location, esenials you might need at a walking distance and 10 minute drive from the Miami night life.

The hotel is in a great location. However, the rooms are very small and during our stay the AC was broken and never repaired. Also, housekeeping never came-no fresh towels/linens.

Location good. Room austere. Bed: one of the best! Parking: terrible and expensive. Don't eat at restaurant

The air conditioning in our room was extremely loud we had to move to a new room on the 2nd night. Rooms and bathroom was extremely tiny. Hallway carpet needed a to be vacuumed curtains in room were holy.

Prior reviews mentioned small bathrooms but I was amazed how small it was. The elevators were also very small and often involved waiting. Otherwise, great location and nice views

I picked this hotel because of the closeness to an a event I attended. The room was very small and not comfortable. We were right next to the elevator which was loud you could hear everyone talking. Also, employees with walkie-talkies seemed as if the volume was turned all the way up. Paid a $17 amenity fee which they said was for coffee, but there was no coffee!!

It´s Confortable, Centric. You are near (walking distance) of several places.

I loved the hotel. You may pass it when driving by initially, and it's not the prettiest to walk past but it is BEAUTIFUL inside and in a prime location for the area. My friends and I stayed there for Best of the Best 2015 and the hotel was literally across the street. There are 2 shopping areas close by in walking distance and lots of restaurants to choose from in walking distance. Cons There is no free parking. Your car must be valet parked at the hotel (safest and most convenient) for an all day or hourly fee per night. OR parked in the garage up the street. The street parking available is limited and is meter only. The room, although really nice w/ great views was quite compact. The bathroom was tight. There also wasn't enough outlets and mirrors to accommodate 3 women getting ready at one time. Overall GREAT stay! I'll be back next year!

We told them it was our honeymoon at check in and they gave us a free upgrade! Our room was amazing!! We had a fantastic view of the water! I loved it! Plus there is a really cool shopping area across the street you can walk to with shops and restaurants.

I found the hotel rather odd. The room was not unpleasant but was small. I think the room I booked was listed as the Savvy. The bathroom was even smaller. Inside it, you had to be careful not to bump the fixtures. The funny thing was the closet looked bigger to me than the bathroom! The other odd thing about my room was that the doors closed by themselves as if they had springs in the hinges. The other people I traveled with had the same impression and even upgraded to a larger more expensive room. The valet parking took up to 20 minutes to bring the car from the lot. It's not that the valets were slow or lazy, it just seems the cars are parked far away. The fellows were actually polite and always made a point of alerting me to the time it took to get the car. The price was reasonable for the central location. Staff were all polite and helpful. I found it clean. For a short stay, I was OK with it but I because of the odd nature of the facility, I wouldn't recommend it to a friend.
