The front desk lady was nasty.. she refused to give her name to talk to her supervisor in the morning, she talked to me very nasty at front of my 5 year old at the lobby.. I really want to talk to someone about this horrible experience.. someone at the corporate office..

Really small very outdated nothing in this property. It looked like the ads. They even had the pictures showing the rooms in the lobby on the TV when you walked in your room and it was like this room looks nothing like that at all.

When we arrived, they had sold our room. We had reserved a king suite and they offered us a double. The staff was unable to make any adjustments not only that but the place was filthy. Read your reviews carefully. You’ll see other people have said the same thing.

The property is old and in need of repairs. The ceiling in the hallway had come apart and it was covered with plastic. The hallway smelled musty too. I was impressed with getting text messages from the hotel during our stay asking us if there was anything that we needed. I did ask for our shower curtain to be replaced as it was ripped in one corner and it was completed by the time we got back to our room. However, the TV in our room did not work the entire stay. We asked twice for it to be fixed. They did send someone to our room once but it was not fixed.

1of the 2 elevators on this property is out of order. The staff is nonchalant about the elevator being out of order for months on end, I found a review from 3 months ago that said then that the elevator was down. The staff won’t even exit the elevator with their rolling carts so that paying customers can get to their rooms. The elevator is really small, one couple with a couple of cruise suitcases can fill it alone. Most capable people use the staircase to descend, because its that much faster to get to the bottom floor, just be prepared to wait awhile to go back up to your room. On top of that, we had ZERO tv service, when we called the desk to let them know, we were told they were having some issues with their provider, we’ve now been sitting in this room for more than 14 hours without any tv, no playoff football for us I guess. The staff can only do what they can do, but I’ll be requesting a refund or to be compensated for this crap. On a positive note though, go eat at Pollos & Jarras on the block behind the hotel, the food is divine!.

The elevator did not work so staff was not able to get the supplies we ordered. Tv didnt work, towel was dirty, bathroom was too tiny, housekeeping needed to be tracked down to clean our room, no self parking, condition was terrible of the hotel. Such a bad experience for my stay

We stayed the night before our cruise. The gentleman that checked us in was very kind and helpful. We received 2 complimentary drink tickets for the bar. The drink tickets are for ONLY specific drinks like gin (yuck) so we weren’t able to use them. We had 2 rooms and neither of our tv’s worked and we called for someone to fix them a nobody ever came. The hotel lobby was very clean, but our bathtub/shower was stained and dirty. Not a terrible place to stay, but I was glad we only had one night.

Staff was very nice and accommodating. The hotel needs to be upgraded. Headboard peeling. Mirror tarnished, no blankets or bed coverings available and it was during very cold temperatures.
