Room was fine. Nothing exceptional about it or the check in process. It was expensive for what you received. One elevator to service all rooms. It was a good location for the downtown area and what we needed due to the Miami marathon happening the morning we needed to leave for cruise.

Musty smell like it had been flooded but comfortable otherwise. High fan AC created white noise for traffic. The mandatory fees were noticeably a cash grab.I slept here for convenience but I would not "stay" here.

Hotel is dated. The elevator situation is a HOLY nightmare. Fifteen floors of room and two small elevators. We were on the 15th floor and every time the elevator got to our floor, it was packed. We ended up taking 15 flights of stairs with our suitcases after having three elevator full experiences. The concierge lady is rude as well. The only great experience was the security guard who watched our luggage. Very nice, very helpful and very organized

The room was in good condition and staff was courteous. However for the price the room it was very small and I would never have booked a room that you could not even see outside. Actually I have never seen that before. Also the washroom was crazy small. You could sit on the toilet and wash your hands in the sink at the same time.

The A/C of the room was not working properly. After a first night they had to change us to another room. The second room has an A/C that was not as Bad as the first one but not fine. They can improve the cleaning of the rooms and the attention of the staff.

This hotel did not live up to the description and pictures. The rooms are super small. There is no desk chair because there is no room for one. I refused the first room they gave me because the carpet was torn and there were blood stains on the sheets. The second room still had torn carpets but the sheets were clean. The coffee maker was broken. Returned it to the front desk three times and they kept putting the same broken coffee maker back in the room. The last time I brought it down was the last time I saw the coffee maker. They didn't put water in the room until the third day. Remind you, this is what you are supposed to get with the $25 "Amenities fee". Will NEVER stay here again.

The place was Great , Room was clean loved the location every place the I wanted to go was walking distance . The Celia’s restaurant was very good as wall .. definitely will stay there again .
