the dinner service should improve dinner the cold meats I did not like the service

Everything was very good the only problem that they have is that the elevator is not working only the service elevator and is very difficult to go to your room and come back

Gorgeous views!!!

The food options from the breakfast & diner buffets were great & the staff was very friendly & helpful. The only inconvenience was that one of the elevator banks were out of order a few times during our stay. Other than that, everything else as great.

Wonderful

What I did like was the location to the beach was good. The place was surprisingly quiet, which I liked. The beds only had two thin sheets and no blankets on the bed. I thought that was very strange and seemed really cheap. The rooms looked outdated and old. The gym was very small and had a lot of broken equipment. The Alligator bar didn't have very good service. The fence between the hotel and the boardwalk was a really old looking chain-linked fence. Worst one on the strip.

I liked the heated pool, beach access and restaurants available. Plus it was close to the free trolley stops.

quiet on the ocean side collins ave side is a disaster

Too many hidden fees. Staff not helpful. Things close too early. Overpriced for nothing.

The bed was horrible

Its good

Loved: a) Airport Express & Free Shuttle Stop at the Door b) Breakfast Buffet was Fantastic Disliked: a) TV Remote was out of batteries b) Call to reception Nr. was not "0" c) No Thanksgiving or Dinner Buffet since Covid d) No Cuban/Italian/French Coffee Pastry shop around, had to walk 20min for that on my arrival day e) No Ice Cream Shop around f) No Vendor Machine for snack/Drinks at the hotel

THE BREAKFAST WAS GREAT AND THE STAFF WAS FRIENDLY. ONLY PROBLEM IS THE CONSTRUCTION ON THE BEACH AND ON THE STREET MAKING IT A BIT OF AN INCONVIENCE.

Highly recommended.
