I had a great experience the place was very peaceful. If you want to get away for some relaxation this is the place to go. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would stay here again. Highly recommend!!

The best thing is its proximity to the beach. The resort fee covers towels , a chair at the beach and the umbrella. This is great. They do charge you $50 if you lose a towel so be careful with them! Our room was kind of run down, very small for having 2 queen beds, and had a broken bathroom door lock which resulted in someone almost getting trapped in the bathroom. It was very stuck adn we reported it twice. I believe someone prior to us may have reported the same lock. That could truly be dangerous if you get stuck in there without your phone.
This is a fun, trendy property. Within easy walking distance of great shopping and dining. The staff is amazing. Such a great service, and so friendly!

We stayed only one night after our cruise, I wish we could stay another day. We will stay again next year.

Overall I enjoyed my stay at the Pestana. Staff was really friendly and accommodating. Room was very clean and bigger than I expected. The bar staff was also very friendly.

Positives: Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and air conditioned. Pool was nice and open until 11. Negatives: Housekeeping comes only every 2 days. Cafe still closed. Breakfast was delivered from off site vendor. Parking off site. Beach is 2 blocks away.

The resort fee included breakfast every morning. The front desk staff the day we checked I’m paid attention and sent champagne to the room for a birthday we were celebrating which was a really sweet surprise. The location is within good distance of everything happening around and far enough to not be in the mess. The beach was a very short walk and much cleaner and nicer than south beach.
Fantastic location, two short blocks from the beach and nicely tucked away from the tragic and ocean drive. Great staff.... great room conditions.... just right breakfast. Overall, fantastic place. We will come back.

Its not so bad like that.Regarding to the bathroom door, our apologies. Technical issues may unfortunately occur thats why hotels a maintenance teams. Please be assured all rooms are subject to inspection before any arrival, so guessing the previous guest had already complained its just not fair. Regards
