The Hotel itself wasn't terrible, it was clean and close to the beach but to charge a resort fee is honestly laughable. There is nothing at the Hotel, if you wanna use the pool, enjoy the free drink and breakfast you have to go to the "sister property". I mean I should have just booked there!! It was highly inconvenient to park which was only Valet that cost us $40! And only available til midnight! Overall i wouldn't stay here again. Not what I expected at all.

Always amazing stay at the penguin. Starbucks across street for morning quiet end of the strip and short walk to the other end. Free drinks during check in. We always stay here when coming down to South Beach!!!

Staff were very friendly and helpful. All my needs were met and questions answered. Place was clean and comfortable with a great location. Breakfast buffet was not worth the additional charge of 30$ pp daily. Choices limited and of lesser quality than I would hope. Same every day. Next time I would opt out.
