I asked the deep about parking and he said park in the mall parking which was very full. Found parking on second floor of garage and dragged my luggage down stairs and the person in front of me checking in was told by the same clerk parking on 3rd floor of garage. At 80 it was hard enough checking in. Food next morning was cold.I was booked and had payed for two days but check out after the first after such disappointing experiences. Out the second days room cost but couldn't stay another day.
