First airport shuttle service ended at 8pm but was not posted Orbitz. They were in willing to work with us (My mistake for not noticing). Then booked another room for our friends through the phone directly with the hotel, but they canceled it at 9:30 pm the evening we were to arrive. We were on the airplane and they never tried to call us. We did not find out until we arrived and had no room. The room we did double up in smelled musty and humid. I will pay more to stay elsewhere next time. Sheets were clean. Was hair in the corners of the bathroom

Overall ....the experience was TERRIBLE. We got the Inn but we did not get the Quality. We waiting at the airport for an hour and 20 minutes but the shuttle was nowhere to be found. We ended up getting an Uber. The hotel is isolated at the back of a hole. The room was small and evident that it needed some renovations. The bed was uncomfortable and it made noise each time I turn or got off the bed. The continental breakfast only had egg, yogurt and waffle (it wasn't working properly). The shuttle ride back to the airport was also horrible. We were stuffed into the shuttle like sardines. There were 4 standees in the van.

I stayed her on the 3rd December. It was unpleasant. I put the details under the wrong dates. My return dates on 8th and 9th were much better. The room was better and the staff less rude, but I would not stay here again, or recommend it.

I had made arrangements prior to my arrival for a ground floor room. Not only was I not put in a ground floor room, the staff at the desk was very rude and dismissive of my being disappointed. The room they put me in was not clean and had a bad odor. I was treated like I was a nuisance, instead of as a guest.

The room was absolutely disgusting, the floor was filthy and hasn’t been mopped in weeks, we’ve used rags to try and clean it ourselves just so we could walk around, mind you we only once made the mistake of taking of shoes off. Breakfast terrible just gross wet scrambled eggs, some bread for toast, fruit and as well as some other random stuff not bacon or sausage avd the worst coffee I’ve ever tasted. This place was more like a cheap motel than an actual hotel, best advice I could give is stay away

No No No No Don’t Fall For pictures. This place is worse place I ever been. It’s very Nasty.. nail clipping everywhere in table and bathtub is broken Also very dirty and hygiene is very bad.. people are very rude and whenever I asked questions they are laughing instead of answering. And please don’t even think about shuttles ppl have to stand way to airport. It’s 15 ppl seat but he put 20+ people. Guys don’t get scam like us. It’s not like Picture.
