Our flight got in at 4:27. The hotel shuttle did not pick us up until 6:35. We called the hotel 5 or 6 times. They kept saying the shuttle was on the way. Then they said it Would arrive at 6:15. Hotel also advertised a shuttle to the cruise port. Had to get a third party ride to cruise port.

Ommmgggg I love there breakfast they have breakfast every morning.. there pool was open and clean the staff was friendly.. they have room service everyday ..

Everything was dirty and bit up, the lights didn’t worked, the furniture was scratched and old , mold in the bathroom, mold around the window, mold over the walls in the room, I opened the refrigerator, find hair inside! AC was so cold when we get in the room , put it down to 74 F everything becomes moist and wet! Terrible experience overall 😡😡

Dont waste your money i wish someone would if told me befor i booked. Had to change the room 3 times my first night because of mold and the smell was so strong. Plus it had roaches in each room and the toilets barely work. No toilet paper, hair in tub from previous guest and dirty sheets.

Needs update in their bathroom, we had to switch room because the shower wasn't working (tub faucet stuck) and the TV wasn't turned non.

Area very convenient, with lots of affordable restsurants, coin laundry, etc. For short stay is ok.

The room was not clean. No staff at the front desk. Ask for coffee cups they told me that housekeeping are the only persons that can provide it, but they’re gone for the day. This was at 4:00 PM. I will not recommend this hotel.

Close to every location I needed, they only thing is that they nerd to put a sign yo identify they street, other than that, I was verte pleased with they hotel

These are basic rooms to crash in overnight. We arrived at 1am and we're pleased that we had a place to stay for the night. Breakfast was decent, the usual carb load. Transportation from here to cruise port for $10 was a plus. No hassle. Would stay again when passing through.
