We were stuck in Miami due to mechanical errors on a flight, the original price for this room was $133 but because of all the issues with the airport they charged us $535 for one night at this hotel. It was outrageous but we had no choice! The room was below average but OK, the workers there were very friendly and accommodating. I just feel it so unfair that hotels are able to gouge people when they’re desperate.

Friendly staff at counter and breakfast. Air Conditioner unit sounded like a semi truck. Reported 1st day. No response to request. Same next day. I got out of there next day to another hotel.

BED BUGS. BEAWARE!!! Room had bedbugs and when I asked for a refund they declined it. No manager on duty. Be careful this is extremely dangerous. You can contract any kind of disease here. I wish there was a way to upload pics or videos

Stayed overnight on business. Was able to check in early since we would be returning after midnight to stay. Room was average for an economy hotel but the lobby area was very nice and upgraded. Near airport, major highway and trains so was noisy.

Our flight got in at 4:27. The hotel shuttle did not pick us up until 6:35. We called the hotel 5 or 6 times. They kept saying the shuttle was on the way. Then they said it Would arrive at 6:15. Hotel also advertised a shuttle to the cruise port. Had to get a third party ride to cruise port.

Ommmgggg I love there breakfast they have breakfast every morning.. there pool was open and clean the staff was friendly.. they have room service everyday ..

Everything was dirty and bit up, the lights didn’t worked, the furniture was scratched and old , mold in the bathroom, mold around the window, mold over the walls in the room, I opened the refrigerator, find hair inside! AC was so cold when we get in the room , put it down to 74 F everything becomes moist and wet! Terrible experience overall 😡😡
