I didn’t like anything about this hotel. File dispute for miami hotel appearance of hotel was not good. There were stray cats in the lobby front desk person wasn’t there. We had to wait and not to mention not being aware that Shuttle Services does not last the whole night and had to pay $50 to get to the hotel. He also couldn’t find my reservation. They were here on the towels. The toilet seat is loose. They’re stains on the chair at the desk and everything is old and damaged. Also phone in the room doesn’t work requested king bed and got double .

First airport shuttle service ended at 8pm but was not posted Orbitz. They were in willing to work with us (My mistake for not noticing). Then booked another room for our friends through the phone directly with the hotel, but they canceled it at 9:30 pm the evening we were to arrive. We were on the airplane and they never tried to call us. We did not find out until we arrived and had no room. The room we did double up in smelled musty and humid. I will pay more to stay elsewhere next time. Sheets were clean. Was hair in the corners of the bathroom

I would give zero stars if I could! The guy at the desk spoke almost no English. We called to let him know we weren’t going to be there until after 2am. I don’t think he understood a word I said. The WHOLE hotel was disgusting!!! The floors were not vacuumed ANYWHERE! The hallways reeked of pot! Our room was filthy!!! When we walked in the floors were not clean at all! The walls were dirty and you could tell they just threw 1”x4” boards on and painted over the filth. There was blood on the sheets of one of the beds! The toilet seat was covered in pee. We didn’t dare try the shower. The only good thing was I saw no sign of bedbugs. If it hadn’t been after 2am I would’ve demanded a refund and left. It would’ve likely been cleaner sleeping out in the parking lot with the cockroaches!!!

Orbitz advertises "Free Airport Shuttle", but the hotel is charging $20 per person for 11 min drive. So, expect to pay an extra $100 for the family of 5. The room was OK. The breakfast menu would suit vegetarians and was limited to eggs (no meat at all), bakery items are limited to the bread only. The butter was available (no cream cheese, no jam, no peanut butter)

Black mold everywhere, our door didn’t lock properly, cockroaches, pretty sure the towels were already used because they had who knows what on them, stains on the comforters and sheets, floor was so dirty that our brand new socks were black within the first hour, peeling paint everywhere, rust everywhere, door frames and mirrors falling apart, beds were only Full sizes which looking back yes, they didn’t say they were queens but their pictures made the beds looked bigger. We tried to find another hotel but apparently it was right when a huge game was happening so every hotel we called was fully booked. The staff seems very bothered when we checked in. The pool was very dirty. It had bugs and leaves and dirty floating throughout the entire thing. We didn’t even want to get in it. We were also told that there was a airport shuttle and a continental breakfast which were the two main reasons I booked there and once we checked in we were told the shuttle only runs at certain times and non were in the early morning so we couldn’t use that and the breakfast also wasn’t served in the early morning either.

The rooms didn't match online. The room was disgusting. The laminate floors weren't clean and our feet with socks on were black. We could feel the springs poking through the mattress and we had to slam the door shut before we could lock it. The towels had other peoples hair on it. Obviously I refused to use them and lucky I brought my own Beach towels to use. The airport shuttle a joke. We waited 2.5 hours before we decided to order a lift. Never again will I stay here. There was nothing else near by for us to stay at or else we would of left immediately.

The hotel is very average on the low side. Front desk never answered any of my calls or messages. Note that Free airport Shuttle service stops at 8pm so for any flights later you have to take a taxi. Not very recommended

Staff were very rude the whole time. Didnt tell us we needed to pay cash for shuttle to port. Atm was broken. Shuttle ended up being over an hour late and when we werent sure if they were going to show, I was denied a refund. Very rudely mind you. Next time i will take an uber. Also, the rooms werent what they said they were. No sofabed. No soap. Limited dirty towels. Poor pressure in shower, barely working ac. Just an overall unpleasant experience.

The room isn't the gourgeous you show in the website. When one arrives, it is humid, it smells bad, the mattres is unconfortable... On the other hand, you don't either show in the website that the shuttle bus to the airport does not cover late arrivals and early departures, do this is a kind of deceiving information. Also, you don't say either that we have to leave a $100 deposit, something that no other hotels that I have been does.
