First airport shuttle service ended at 8pm but was not posted Orbitz. They were in willing to work with us (My mistake for not noticing). Then booked another room for our friends through the phone directly with the hotel, but they canceled it at 9:30 pm the evening we were to arrive. We were on the airplane and they never tried to call us. We did not find out until we arrived and had no room. The room we did double up in smelled musty and humid. I will pay more to stay elsewhere next time. Sheets were clean. Was hair in the corners of the bathroom

Customer Seevuce is very big for me. The guy who worked the front desk was rude and cold! I arrived a few hours early and unless l was at a resort or a 5 Star busy hotel like due to a large conference have l ever had to wait for a complimentary early check in. However, upon arriving super early at times l am offered to check in early with a small fee attached. This guy had a lobby full of people sitting there waiting until 3pm to check in. The lobby was literally cold and un-inviting let alone dirty with out dated furniture. The new guy comes on shift at 3 but it was 3:05 before he began checking folks in. He saw me in a mobility scooter with a large suitcase yet assigned me to the 3rd floor room 310. Although there was a elevator to go up, there was another door as soon as you got off of the elevator that you had to use your room key to get in inside of the hallway it was very difficult trying to open the door and get inside holding my bag and Scooter. Thankfully, another guest saw me struggling and came to the door and opened it for me as she was ready to leave herself. Every single one of us that was in the lobby was complaining as well. Never will I ever come to this hotel again! Let alone will I ever recommend it to a friend.

The staff was nice and courteous. I did not like the flooring in the room, The amenities also seem to have some age. The breakfast need to change as well. Every day is the same breakfast and it don't have much of a variety.

The room was disgusting. The smell was so strong of urine, there were streak marks down the walls and ending on the floor boards. The bathroom ceiling had stuff all over it and was bubbling. The shower curtain couldn’t even stay closed because the rod was coming out of the wall due to what seemed to be caused by rotting or water damage. When asked to be moved rooms, was told they were completely booked. The “courtesy” shuttle was supposed to be every hour on the hour, I called before we took off from our connecting flight just to make sure everything was going to be set. We stood there for 2 hours waiting for someone to come, when I called they said next pick up was going to be at 230 because they had no one available. If I knew that to begin with when I called the first time to check, I would had arranged accordingly so we didn’t have to waste time and wait. Breakfast was eh. Milk was left out and was warm in pitchers, timers on waffle makers didn’t work. Oatmeal was soup.

WORST HOTEL EVER!! Check in went smooth however on the way to our room we found the carpets look like they hadn’t been vacuumed in MONTHS! Upon opening the door we were hit in the face with a horrible chemical smell. Not like the room was just cleaned it was more like a make you want to throw up smell. The floors look like they haven’t been cleaned ever! Dirt, debris and anything else you can think of. The beds had stains and hair from previous customers. The bathroom sink didn’t work. The shower had NO curtain. I was absolutely not staying with my children in such filth! Never again would I ever stay there. We slept in the car in fear we would bring bedbugs home with us! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! I didn’t even bother to go to front desk after seeing the conditions and reading reviews.

I had to wait 3 hours at the airport before the shuttle picked me up. My flight arrived early, so I understood I would have to wait until the shuttle started operating for the day. The driver came to the aiport, I did not see him. He went to do runs at other hotels that he works for so I had to wait until he came back to the airport from those runs. If you can afford it, stay at another hotel.
