We had many fun years at the St Regis, I had business and bought my family, The Sea Turtle Club was amazing for my son Alexei and in 2019 our 4 yr old was eligible, However today I was informed the Kids Club is closing July 1st 2019 while being offered upgrading for this August Very disappointed, I will not be returning in 2020 , Very disappointed the St Regis isn’t letting families know this information while making reservations its still listed on the website as a family activity

Every part of my stay was perfect. The check-in experience was excellent. The room was stunning, the service was flawless, and the property was beautiful. I've been an SPG platinum 50 for years, and have experienced very nice stays in many places. This has been one of the best, along with the St. Regis New York. I would recommend this property to everyone. Looking forward to returning in the future!

Have been blessed with the resources and opportunity to stay at great properties around the world. With a new grandson due in June and facing major back surgery in August, we decided to squeeze in a leisure trip and chose the St Regis. What a great decision! Outstanding service, outstanding restaurants, a beautiful property and location, and flawless pool service. Yes, it’s expensive. But you get what you pay for, We were upgraded to a beautiful one bedroom suite with a balcony overlooking the Atlantic. We spent every day at the pool where we were pampered by Kurt, Ricky, Boy, and Lisa (the best poolside experience ever! I needed some special attention due to my back problems and they provided outstanding service including the use of the pool lift). Breakfast every morning on our balcony(thank you Private Dining Team). Dinner three nights at The Grill where we experienced great food and service! Convenient shopping across the street at Bal Harbour shops. And although we had a glitch at check in, Alex came to the rescue! Don’t hesitate to stay here.

This is now our fifth recent stay at this hotel and an excellent review is long overdue! From the moment you arrive to the moment you drive off is pure luxury. The lobby is a sight to be seen with the art deco mirrored walls and then there was Johel who checked us in and greeted us with champagne and was kind enough to show us everything the hotel had to offer and set us up in our gorgeous suite! Johel was a great help to us as we had many little requests and he was kind and gracious enough to accommodate us with the utmost professionalism. Once we arrived to our suite our personal butler Tolga greeted us and was also extremely professional and courteous. Tolga made us feel at home and pampered us with daily tea, shoe shines, and other surprises. The staff in this hotel really made the difference and always makes us feel so special. We are very familiar with the Bal Harbor area and have visited many other hotels in the area but the St Regis is really in a category of its own.

Super friendly reception with gift for our little one. Wonderful, enormous 2 Bedroom Suite with 3 balconies. Hardly been to hotel with better more luxurious hardware. Top Butler Service. Great help to pack and unpack our luggage. However spotty wifi in our suite. Sadly, low water pressure. Wonderful white beach with fantastic beach service. Yes there is seaweed, too, but not as much as in South Beach. But it is still an issue all along the coast. And finally a resort fee that is worth something, e.g. free drinks nightly at the bar, etc. Breakfast is served poolside at a creek-themed restaurant. That we didn't get. You have your Resort on one of the best urban beaches on earth and than you show pictures in the breakfast room of the Greek coast? Well, I guess it is all taste, but this seems odd. Furthermore the full buffet breakfast which is included as a Platinum benefit is of really high-class, simply wonderful, however, service does not come with a smile. Especially the mid-aged restaurant manger seems not too pleased to work in the morning. Last note: Bell staff could be friendlier and should not consistently waiting to be tipped. The guest needs should be first. And if you do it nice and friendly we will tip you generously. But overall. You can not go wrong with this one. A real stand out property.

I had an unpleasant experience during my stay in which cash was stolen from me, some of which was in my wallet and some was loose on the desk. Disappointingly, following an internal investigation, the hotel has come up with an absurd compensation in respect of a small part of the amount, rather than the entire amount. Wouldn’t go there again. If you care for your personal belongings – stay away. Security in this hotel is terrible.

classy, comfortable, from start to finish an absolutely beautiful hotel, spa and resort. amazing porch overlooking the ocean, and pretty private too. tons of restaurants in the area, nice mall 100 feet from hotel. as with most Miami hotels, you will pay for parking. and a "resort fee".

Along with the beautiful views the staff at St. Regis are amazing they make you feel like you are in heaven! One staff member named Axnes was beyond perfect. right at the start when she met my family she made us feel welcome. She is always working and is great at connecting with the guests. the food was elegantly done and the rooms are spectacular! Definitely recommend it!

We stayed at this property for three nights after getting married, before heading elsewhere. My wife and I agree that this is a top notch property and the staff are absolutely wonderful. They went above and beyond on all aspects of our stay. In particular, the Butler, Tolga, was exemplary in his role of butler. He went above and beyond, even adding a few surprises during our stay. The rooms was immaculate; two balconies, kitchen and a bed that is to die for. The cleaning staff were very courteous and understanding. The views from the rooms are breathtaking. Great for families and very popular with Europeans. The food was exceptional; the sushi rolls in the Regis bar and the octopus at Atlantikos were phenomenal. We would recommend this property to anyone.

Wow. I haven't had the best Marriott experiences lately, but this made me rethink my loyalty. I had an impeccable experience from check in to check out, and only wish I could have stayed longer. I'm Marriott gold (only), but figured it wouldn't hurt to inquire about an upgrade at check in. The wonderfully and genuinely nice Salma blew my mind with an upgrade to the Presidential Suite. As a Kimpton loyalist, I'm routinely upgraded, but NEVER to a room like this. It was exquisite, with an enormous living room, kitchen, 4 bedrooms and baths, and three balconies overlooking the ocean. I felt like a queen! Salma certainly treated me like one (we continued to chat throughout my stay - she's awesome). My butler was Carlia. What a sweetheart! I didn't need much from her, but she was incredibly helpful and I got the sense that she was eager to do even more. If every hotel experience could be like this, I'd have to rethink my policy on trying to travel less now that I'm in my 40s! Impeccable and friendly service, a palatial and gorgeous suite, excellent pool and beach, delicious food. What more can one ask for? I know - that Salma get a raise.
