I didn’t like that they kept pushing the check in time. We called and asked what time the room would be early and they said around 10am-12:00pm. We arrived around 1:00pm and they said about an hour which ended up being 3:30pm. Also, our rooms weren’t cleaned because we only stayed two nights. The pictures are also very misleading.

Staff were great. Hotel was nice. Cleanliness was an issue. Hallways and pool area in particular. Hallways were only vacuumed every few days. Pool was cleaned daily, but area around the pool was not cleaned.

I was charged for parking despite the parking lot being flooded and piled up with 20-25 bags of garbage. I had to drive into the one-way exit and through 1 foot of water to get into the parking garage. The elevator in the garage was out of order throughout my stay. My room was not up to Marriott standards. Grout in floor tile throughout the room was very dirty. I got out of the shower, walked across the floor to the kitchen and my feet were black from the floor not being properly cleaned. The toilet paper was holder falling out of the wall. There were stains inside the refrigerator. Bathroom had mold in corners. My sheets had holes in them. The fire alarms rang multiple times, driving out hotel guests as a false alarm. I also had to call the desk twice to get the Wifi reset. I was really disappointed in the overall cleanliness during my visit. During the pandemic, the one area that can not be sacrificed is housekeeping. I was told at checkin the I would not receive housekeeping services throughout my stay despite the fact that I was staying for 4 nights. On the upside though, the staff was very friendly.

This hotel is clean and friendly. Will stay here again. The location is great if you want peace and quiet. It’s away from the busy part of the strip.

I was robbed. It was my fault for leaving money in my car. But the valet took over 2 thousand dollars in cash hidden from the bottom of my console in a little bag wrapped in a sweater. They really dug for it to find something and they did! Again, it’s totally my fault for leaving it there but they had no business going through my stuff like that and taking something that did not belong to them. After bringing this to the managers attention and calling the police the manager asked the police to escort us out of the property. This is the most ridiculous unprofessional attitude I have ever seen in my life. They did absolutely nothing about it. They are not responsible for anything left in your car. So please be aware that next time you leaving anything at all of value inside your vehicle. I certainly learned my lesson.

Based on the description of the room from the site, we thought we booked a king suite with a separate bedroom. Infact the it was one single area, and the pull out sofa was a pull out recliner. Not what we expected. The Kitchen had not been cleaned well and was disgusting.

They charged me twice !!!!!!! I was in the way to the airport if I woudnt have returned to complain and to ask for refund I would have lost 300 dollars

The property is clean . service is good breakfast .Hurmando was a good help and very polite

There was snot on the head board blood on the sofa bed and the management was terrible.

The charges were discount at our credit card, and the discount appeared the Eesident inn marriot. But this hotel didnt received same info, and didnt recognize the deposit......then they didnt give us a room. Aldo we contacted people of residence inn marriot to return funds, but still it happened. Si bad experience, we changed hotel.

Me and my two sons first time in Miami we felt like home I recommend this place clean and excellent customer service

Loved my stay at the Residence Inn. I would definitely come back and stay again.
