They got us a room at 10am, just after returning from a cruise. Daytime service at the bar was very slow and very expensive. The shuttle to the airport was in a clean new vehicle. Pool was gorgeous

Very nice property - room set up very functional and comfortable. My disappointment (and I believe this is an isolated incident) is based on the fact that the cable was not working. Didn't get to watch the Oscars because of it. Again, issue of the cable provider but very very disappointing.

Very beautiful hotel in a nice location. The hotel was comfortable with a restaurant and Starbucks coffee inside of the hotel. Rooms were clean and staff helpful and friendly.

The hotel was nice.. great view from our room. It was a standard room otherwise. The food..terrible. The quality was subpar... The fact that we, as guests, had to pay for parking seems ridiculous. Now there were 2 stars of The Pullman Hotel Show- Yudel and Horacio..the bellmen. These were by far 2 of the nicest gentlemen we've ever encountered. So sweet, kind, helpful and funny. They were outstanding. We were family to those gentlemen..and they are now family to us. They were the best part of our stay.
