Nice quiet hotel , like transportation to an from airport

House keeper didn't understand English she took the wrong bag for trash. I called for bath linens and a hour later I had to go to the front desk to remind them because nobody ever answers the phone in any department. I paid $3.27 for ONE can of Soda. We had got wine as a gift and was not allowed to drink it in the pool area. No balcony to sit out on. The pillow case to the pillows did not fit and was all balled up. There was an uncomfortable cushion on top of the mattress and last but not least there was no microwave to use. By far the worst stay I have ever had in MIAMI. I will never ever stay or recommend anybody to this HOTEL. Thanks Jovan Alexander

The initial impression as you enter the Pullman is "Nice place! Friendly helpful staff! Beautiful pool and restaurant!" Then you go to your room.... it's a dump! Stained carpet, truck stop bathroom, uncomfortable bed with no top sheet. No closet, loud mini fridge just sitting against one wall. Noisy hallways and heard the "ding" of the elevator every few minutes. I could have had a nicer room at the Motel 6 down the the road for 1/3 the price!

Flat sheets tucked in place of fitted sheets always bugs me, so that was grump 1. Then I realized there was no top flat sheet, just a comforter. That raises huge concerns for hygiene, and also makes temperature regulation considerably more challenging. I had stayed here previously and enjoyed it. I won't stay here again after this trip.

It was very good to stay there, but the people take too long to serve the clients. At the breakfast time staffs were good especially Boston. He was very friendly and helpful!

Great location because it is near the Miami airport and the port. Beautiful views of the city and hotel grounds. Good on-site restaurant with a good selection of tasty foods. The shuttles are fabulous.

Drove in from the keys for and early morning flight so a room was needed. Pullman offered a nice clean comfortable room with many amenities had a nice dinner there and then the buffet breakfast before catching the morning shuttle to the airport. Bed and pillows were super comfy.

We only stayed one night, the grounds and hotel were beautiful. Very friendly staff.

Six of us returned from a great tour of Cuba on Saturday, Feb 4. We got together for a card game in the bar/lounge area early that evening and were completely and pointedly snubbed by the young woman at the bar. No welcome, no smiles, no offer of service. We had to approach the bar and wait until she'd finally acknowledge our presence (it wasn't busy), and were served only grudgingly. We weren't rowdy in any way, were dressed properly, and were always polite so found her attitude puzzling. Our group included a Public Radio producer, a CPA, a retired attorney, a legal aide, and two retired construction company owners, none of us snooty, demanding or loud .... I guess the point I'm trying to make is we weren't bums deserving of poor treatment. I'd hate to think it was because we weren't Hispanic and therefore unworthy of her time. She was the only bad experience we had so didn't let it bring us down, but is definitely worth a mention and is something we think Pullman would like to know about. You have a beautiful hotel, lovely pool area, and we did enjoy our stay. Thanks!

If you are looking for a place that is elegant, clean, professional, comfortable great views beautiful pool and pool side service the Pullman is for you. I really enjoyed the two days I spent there.

the linens were good quality and the room was clean and well aponied

We had to change our flight to Ft. Lauderdale to Miami, due to the shooting at the Ft. Lauderdale airport and booked this hotel at the last minute when we got on our standby flight. Staff here was very helpful. They upgraded our room and helped us get transportation to Ft. Lauderdale cruise port the next day.

Regular semi annual visitor with a floral convention. This property has devolved. 1) Rooms are shabby 2) Bar was not stocked with many major brands (who doesn't stock Heineken?) 3) Bar was understaffed and overwhelmed. 4) Restaurant service was slow if not non-existent. 5) Catered event dinner (01/10) was inedible; even tasted of mold.

From the moment you arrive, you will know that this will not be an experience to the high standards of a Pullman Hotel. The small office type front doors are the first hint. Then the front desk which is basically a temporary table similar to one you would find at Ikea. Everything about this hotel has the feel of a time share building that has been converted, rather than an excellent, planned hotel you would expect with the Pullman name. The beds themselves are wooden boxes with tablecloth linens over them. The mattresses are big and comfortable, but with no headboard or faux headboard, you feel like your sleeping on a box. The lights are dated and worn, and the wall dressings are cheap. I am 100% convinced that Pullman purchased this from some vacation / time share company and simply put their brand on it without any upgrades. I wouldn't even consider this a real hotel, but in rating it, it is definitely not more than 2 stars.

The accommodations are comfortable and the bathroom was clean. I just needed a place to stay for the night while I was out of town. The TV didn't work, the in-room telephone was filthy, and the room service staff was so rude we decided not to order from them. 24-hr room service was the only reason I decided this hotel over any other that was available. Additionally, there is a refrigerant pipe from the air conditioner that drips in the shower of room 630. Overall, I'm disappointed to say the least. The rate paid is NOT worth it. And $17 plus tax to park when they leave the gate up anyhow is a rip off. There is obviously no security measures taken. My advice: book elsewhere.

Quick overnight before early flight, would have liked to stay longer! Very comfortable bed and room, beautiful hotel and would have given excellent on everything but there is still construction going on, no doubt will be back with my little dog and expect to give a 5 on everything then!

Very clean although parking I must say is expensive

The restaurant food was incredible but if your on a budget you may want to eat elsewhere. the service was excellent. the only reason I'm not rating it higher is that the bathroom had hair in the tub and on the wall and the shower curtain had bright yellow stains on it.

I booked this hotel pre and post cruise, so I gave this hotel 2 chances and it failed both times. The bathroom was not clean, room smelled like moisture and cigarette, restaurant was overpriced, but the worst part is it seems the staff is undertrained. We arrived early and so the bellboy put our luggage away. When we were checking in later, the bellboy was nowhere to be found and when we asked the front desk they responded "that is not my job". When I asked if there was a bathroom anywhere with a changing table they answered "I don't know" and that was that. But the worst part was asking the front desk to call us a taxi with a infant car seat (which we requested 1 hr ahead of time) only to find out taxi's do no provide this, which is fine, except they never told us! We were waiting in our room for them to call, watching the minutes pass and getting dangerously close to losing our flight. Their airport "shuttle" does not run between 11:30 pm and 4:00 am. Only good thing about this hotel is it's proximity to the airport and semi-decent malls. If you can catch this hotel on sale then maybe it is worth it, otherwise I would not recommend for the price.

Wonderful. Very flash hotel and extremely well-priced when we went through (Oct. 10th). We found all of the hotels at this time of year very cheap, 3 weeks of just driving and staying at whichever hotel we booked with Orbitz day by day, they never let us down. I was expecting to pay between 100 USD and 200 USD per night. Average was between 60 US and 80 US, and always a proper, clean hotel room (also, after searching, a few dollars cheaper than other providers). More than impressed. Loved my three week holiday. Obviously, the choice of hotel was decided after reading the reviews, and this hotel gets a 6 out of 5 for me...
