Horrible customer service all kind of Hidden fees I would never stay there again

Due to the current events in sanitization, I did NOT see 1 hand sanitizer from the time I walk in the lobby to my room. The doors must be touched, no sanitizer, check-in no sanitizer, elevator no sanitizer. A hotel that was previously stayed at had sanitizer at every touch point in the hotel and even at the automatic doors the enter the building. Once we got the room, it wasn't as nice as it looks in pictures, no deep soaker tub in the room, does have a regular bathtub tho. Sofa was broken and was sitting with an angle, toilet could barely flush its own water, bed was so wore out in made noise every little movement. We really looking forward to staying in this hotel when booked but was really let down.

Nice and clean. For the most part good service. Only thing I would work on is the customer service over the phone. When we arrived at the airport we called the hotel for directions/instruction on where the shuttle to the hotel was located. The staff member was short on the phone and gave wrong directions.

The beds only had 2 thin sheets on it. We had to ask for extra blankets. There should be a comforter on the bed.

The front desk receptionist was accommodating and offered an early check in; upon our arrival from a 10 day cruise. The lobby is nicely decorated as well as the restaurant, all seems very attractive when you first arrive. But the rooms are extremely dated, carpet dirty, beds are sinking (too old), pillows have no more life (very flat) and the bathrooms need renovating (broken shower handles, damaged walls that need repainting etc. The whole hotel needs a good face lift. I would also recommend retraining the staff about hotel management, customer relations and punctuality. Myself and 5 other guests waited 20 minutes for the Starbucks barista to show up. Overall this hotel definitely needs some revamping as the service quality, room cleanliness and comfort is not up to par at all of a 4 star hotel.

Close to airport. Free shuttle to airport. I LOVED the croissants!

The young lady at the Starbucks counter was amazing! Such a sweetheart. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Great experience with her! She is a gem, Pullman is lucky to have her. The young lady that checked us was great! Very nice, patient and friendly. She is the kind of employee you hope to have an encounter with! She has to be a manager or train others! She is the kind of employee that we (as leadership) beg for.

Would have been nice if there was a fridge in the room

They got us a room at 10am, just after returning from a cruise. Daytime service at the bar was very slow and very expensive. The shuttle to the airport was in a clean new vehicle. Pool was gorgeous

very old room,dirty,completed outdated,bad beds,nasty carpet.

The location of the hotel was great an easy 10 to 20 mins from wherever i wanted to be.
