Very bad check-in experience. I booked because of VIP access but I was not offered anything. No greeting at the check-in, he didn't ask how many keys, he didn't even ask if I need parking access. Other guys is hidden behind a huge piller and you can see the first guy is on the phone and point me to go to the next counter. Very disappointed, not coming here again and also not getting VIP access hotel.

Stayed at this hotel for one night before a next day flight and I chose here because of the many highly recommended reviews, well my experience did NOT go so well. There were stains on the bathroom walls, the sheets, and the chase chair was ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!! I think when housekeeping cleans they need to use some type of cleaner to remove bodily fluids from walls and fury. I reported my concerns to the front desk (and showed him pictures) who told his manager who simply said put her in another room only thing was if that room was dirty as well there were no other rooms available for my stay so I asked if so then I would be seeking a refund to which they agreed. Well the other room was much better even smelled cleaner than the first. It was all a big inconvenience and more reason to bring my disposable towels and sheets for my hotel stays and definitely DO NOT sit on any cloth furniture in the room! For that reason I'm on the fence about staying here at this very convenient in location hotel to the Miami Airport. It does have a shuttle and the creme brulee was very good.

One of the worst location to stay is very dirty bad is broken. There is no water coming toilet is not flushing. Please do not recommend this hotel to anybody. Thank you. Very bad experience.

Do not stay here. The room did not look like the photo or the experience the Pullman hotel or Expedia are selling online. The carpet was dusty and stained, my bath was filling, the phone did not work, so I could not readily get on tot he front desk. Maintenance checked the phone and pronounced the line dead. Some of the electrical socks in the room did not work either, and the room looked shabby overall. If you are hoping for a great Miami experience, this place is not it. I asked to check out early as I had paid for 7 nights and was denied a partial refund. I only stayed 2 nights of the 7. Reservation agents were also not available when contacted by Expedia. Not all staff were friendly and most looked like they hated working there. Save yourself the money and poor experience. Book a different hotel or an Airbnb.
