Hotel grounds and room were beautiful. Bar restaurant was delicious. Had a poor experience with one of the front desk gentleman. Otherwise I would definitely stay here again.

We got to the hotel a couple of hours before check in from a cruise and they were very nice and we chilled in the pool and bar all afternoon!

Apart from the location of the property, I have a lot of complaints. The property needs a massive refurbishment. It looks quite old, nothing like the photos on Expedia. They charge money for luggage storage $10 per bag per night, which was not clarified at the time of checkin, even if it was asked.

Coffee shop closes at 2 pm. No restaurant after lunch. Room service brought up food in a paper bag. No dishes. Place looks and feels dingy. Pool was not particularly clean. Lounge chairs had holes, stuck on gum… elevator doors filled with finger prints…. Bar closed during day … bartender unpleasant. Would never go back

When I arrived at the hotel it was late and the only room they had available was a 3rd floor room, I booked for a city view and could only get a view of the parking lot, on top of that when I arrived to the room a dead roach was sitting next to the bathroom toilet. I was given a new room however it was still in 3rd floor with no view. The next morning I was assisted by the front desk and was able to be moved to the 6th floor and had a nice lagoon view. I am very impressed how this hotel will go above and beyond to satisfy there customers
