El lobby es agradable. Mi habitación con mucho olor a humedad, el baño terrible, bañera tapada no bajaba el agua, eramos 3 y solo habia una toalla, tuvimos que buscar las otras dos. Sábanas sucias. Se que es un hotel de baja categoría pero los servicios deben mejorar.

The lobby smelled great and we were pleasantly surprised but as soon as we left the lobby, got in the elevator to go to our room- the smell emanating from the corridors was terrible- the room was disgusting, the room was carpeted- smelled horrible, the paint was chipped, there was food spilled in the hallways- rice and beans and meat- it was disgusting. I wish I had read the reviews before booking. It’s been 7 days we still have not received our deposit.

This place is pathetic. It’s a dump. This place is one of the worst place I stayed. The pictures you see in the Expedia.com are very very old or heavily photoshopped. There is an air conditioner but they said the heater is not working. It is in Miami but it’s low 60’s in the night in February. So as my room. I hate being cold room. Well, that is just a starter. There is a jacuzzi in the picture. But it doesn't say there is, because it’s not meant to use, I guess. There is no water goes to the jacuzzi. There are only 2 bath towels in the room. No smaller towels no hand towels at all nor one for the bathroom floor. Just 2 bath towels. Check in is after 4pm. No exceptions. The stuff there are not so accommodating at the best. They talk behind your back in Spanish if they think you don’t understand Spanish. There is a charge that I didn’t know, upon arrival I had to pay a hotel fee for 22$. I should have checked. But I have never seen a cheep hotel charges the hotel fee before. Usually only at 5 star resorts charge such a fee. One good thing, the bed itself was reasonable.

Its in a very bad area. The lobby is scary with large bullet proof glass. The front looks ok if you are into my big fat greek wedding but the doorways to the rooms and the doors have no locks to the outdoor doors so the security is really bad and its just not safe. The rooms are extremely dirty. The tile is broken, there are burn marks on the countertops. There was a jacuzzi tub in the room that the handles were stripped off and not operation. The mattresses are so old and bad. You get two bath towels no hand towels. The whole place is beyond lower end. This should be a 1 star or if possible less. Yes it was a good price but you literally are risking your safety being there

my family and I did not stay at the Miami Gardens Inn as the room smelled damp like mildew, there was a lot of paint peeling off the ceiling in the room doorway but we could't see into the room as the lights didn't work! Getting into the elevator should have been a good sign of the condition as there was trash on the floor, spilled food in the corridor and a full smelly trash bin in the hallway. After we said we wanted to leave because it is unsanitary, the front desk staff offered to give us a different room but there's no way we wanted to stay in that hotel, especially with a small child. They refused to give us a refund even though we did not stay there.

Room bathroom was barely hanging on. The blinders are all broken in different spots. The hallways smells like weed and pee mixed together. You can hear others in the hallway all night long. The elevator doesn’t tell you when you arrive at a floor, you have to literally peek out to read the floor number. Customer service sucks a$$. They all have attitudes and don’t wanna be at work. If you get towels you won’t get wash clothes. One or the other. I stayed one night really late check in and left at 6am the next day

Sunday morning there was no hot water, heat, no light the elevator was not working, stairways dark. Lots of people complaining to the staff, they didn't care. That hotel needs to be remodel. It not safe... I'm sorry never again.
