The staff is extremely friendly and very accommodating. The front desk staff is top notch. Conrad is the reason why I continue to book at this Intercontinental. I travel weekly for business and when I come to Miami Doral I make sure to book at Intercontinental. The breakfast, happy hour and food selection is great. The staff greets you by name(particularly Conrad) and actually remembers your face and name.

The staff was friendly and attentive. The room was clean and comfortable. The best part was the pool access is 24 hrs so we were able to do late night swimming.
It was a stellar world class experience staying at this resort. Clean quiet and comfortable with many amenities which included a wonderful staff and management. Special thanks go out to Julio & Lynette. And the bell services person, Antonio was exceptional. We would definitely recommend this hotel.
It’s central to everything in Miami. Plus the shuttle service is amazing.

The lobby is beautiful and the breakfast was awesome but the rooms smell musty and the humidity is gross in the rooms even with air conditioning on. The carpet felt damp and the room needs renovations desperately
Room smelled like a dead body was under the bed made me sick asked to move the room. put me in a smaller room with two beds not a king very disapointed.
Love this property. The location is perfect. I definitely will stay here again
At the time of checking gave us a room that was not ready (dirty), when we walked down to get a different room, the person at the front desk handed off a new key and didn’t even said sorry. We walked up to the new room and this one had food inside the fridge…you can see signs all over the place about disinfection and cleanliness due Covid but it’s clear they are not following.
It’s a beautiful hotel however, staff not very highly professional.
Overall we had a good stay at the Intercontinental at Doral, Miami. My only complaint would be that when we received our room we found some unfinished drinks of the last guests inside the mini bar, also there was no remote control for the TV. So when we were about to go out I informed at the reception about the cleanliness of the room and the missing remote control. They said they were going to send someone to clean the minibar. Three hours later the same drinks were still there and we didnt have a control remote. I called to the reception, unfortunately they were not very attentive, and they sent someone with a control remote, but never sent someone from the cleaning staff.
