Visited this hotel for 4th of July weekend and what a mess. If you are looking to enjoy a day at the pool this is not the hotel for you. They have no control of who goes to the hotel and uses the amenities. People who are not staying at the hotel just pay the parking fee and they go into the pool and stay there all day. They use they hotel pool, towels, and create a mess and not safe environment for families with kids. There was a family with over 20 people and they kept on bringing people. They had coolers and loud music even though is clearly says is not allowed. The security people came once and told them to put it down and as soon as they left it was back up and never came again. There was no control over the COVID guidelines, everyone was on top of each other. The pool said it need es to close at 8 and it was 8:30 and there were people still in it. There was a fight in the pool entry way an a man was left on the floor knockout. There needs to be way more control over who can come into the hotel. Only guest should be allowed in the hotel. I called Expedia and checked the next day and will never return there. Hope management takes control over the situation because is sad to loose such a nice hotel with amazing views and rooms.

Hotel does not have bellboys to help with luggage when I arrived. In the room were 2 bottles of water on top of the fridge. Nowhere said they were for sale. In most hotels they are complimentary. At check out I was charged $3 for one water.

The staff and employees were very helpful and accommodating. I ordered a taxi and after 35 minutes did not come the staff used their company vehicle to make sure I did not miss my flight.

I only spent one night, will definitely stay again when needed. Room was very clean, nice staff.

We had to leave early to airport, our flight was at 5:30am and the airport shuttle stopped running at 1:00. Next time ill plan differently. But then there was the hurricane , made it home safely. We also made a room for those who had to stay.

We seen a lizard by the pool, great picture. The room was very nice. We are here again after the cruise. And will be returning to this beautiful hotel.

Hotel does not have bellboys to help with luggage when I arrived. In the room were 2 bottles of water on top of the fridge. Nowhere said they were for sale. In most hotels they are complimentary. At check out I was charged $3 for one water.
