The hotel itself is great but do not depend on the hotel shuttle service from MIA because of the 3 or 4 times I have tried we would wait for over a hour and never see any of their shuttle buses… each time they claimed that they have been running I see them both parked at the hotel when I am exiting the TAXI I ended up having to get to take me to the hotel… we did manage to catch their shuttle one time after waiting over an hour… a $25 TAXI is a lot less trouble! I did see all of the other area shuttles running!

Las chicas del bar muy antipáticas, las 3 noches que bajamos a tomarnos algo nos ofrecian solo cervezas porque no "querían lavar la licuadora, porque ya iban a cerrar" y aun quedaba 48mins para cerrar.

Wonderful upgrade for $25 to 14th floor suite. Very spacious and clean - albeit paintwork and tile needs a touch up in bathroom- everything was fab, u til 1am when the next door occupants got back from the bar, when I discovered the rooms are not soundproofed. But v nice hotel, probably best in the area and worth battling the horrible traffic to get there.

Diana and Dora in the Dining area stuck out to me as a touch of class and excellence in customer service! The front desk staff was not friendly all seem to feel like you were bothering them by checking in and or asking any questions. My room had ants coming from the window seal. I advised the front desk and the housekeeping. I came back to a clean room with ants still coming from the window seal. No microwaves in the room, the interior light for the entrance to the room didnt work! The Gym was nice with treamills that the belt didn't slip. I enjoyed the pool and the sauna! The views of the lagoon and the plans flying in and out was pretty epic.

This property was amazing! Huge lobby area. Outdoors was amazing. Beautiful, clean. Big pool, bar, food options, walking path. I will be staying here again!

Not what you would expect from a Hilton!

Lets start by your going to get hit with a $30 a day parking fee, they say there are outside gate options, there is not! Rooms dont come with items you would expect in a room anywhere else, such as a mini fridge and microwave, you can request one but they will either say there isnt one, or we will bring one up and never do it, i was told for 2 days they where brining ine,never did. $30 dollars for a breakfast buffet, they automatically add 18% to your food bill no matter how the service was and it was horrible, we got our food well after 3 other griups came in and ordered Items That took much longer to prepare. Carpets in halls are dirty and stained, our bathroom door would not secure, asked for that to be corrected 2 days in a row as well alongwith fridge, was told we will send maintenance right up, never happened! After complaining for 2 days and having the texts to prove it they finally out us in a room with a fridge and microwave, we where already half way thru our trip at this point. So my expectations for Hilton where not met for the money spent,very disappointed to say the least!
