We had to move hotels mid trip. All of the staff were cordial, helpful, and kind. It was super clean, quiet, & comfotable. The pool was clean and easily accessible. Housekeeping or other requests, can be made at any time via text. The have on site, washer/dryer, a pool, and offer full breakfast options every morning from 7-9.

Terrible and horrible property!!! Do not have any kind words to say… This should not be a place that charged 200 dollars and such a crappy place. Dirty rooms, dirty beds, dirty bathrooms. Do not be misled by other ratings which mislead me to give this a try.

Don't stay here if you need to rest

They require the info about your car for security reasons so obviously saftey was an issue. The room smelled of air freshner and urine. Two pillows slips were dirty. One even appeared to have a shoe print on it. Don't even hope to sleep past 6 a.m. because the noise of other uncourteous guest yell outside your door with screaming uncontrolled children running rampant. Paid way too much for this dump.

Housekeeping team's dedication to ensuring rooms are spotless and they make an amazing bed. I mostly stay at Marriott properties, and I must say that I am pleasantly surprised at how The Garden Inn Homestead delivers on both service (housekeeping) and property upkeep. Way to go guys!!!
