Check in went smooth. The bathroom had hair in the tub and towels &, no amanities. The shower knob is broken. A lot of noises. I call front desk at 430am as the room above us was doing alot of noise didn't get a response from front desk.

I have a artistic son and a Daughter. They told me. I couldn’t book with them again because my kids was being a little bit too noisy. And I just feel when they see us booking a room. You should have a sign that said no kids in this hotel. Because it’s ridiculous that my kids can’t even be kids because of this hotel, and it’s sad, so I will never book here again because my babies should be able to be comfortable.
