We experienced a water leak in our room due to the AC unit, with an alarming rate of approximately 24oz per hour. Our immediate concern was the property's integrity and the safety of our family. However, our efforts were met with inadequate assistance from the front desk, which provided only a fan and two hand towels as a solution. It was disheartening to find that our concerns about the property's condition were not shared by the staff. We made every effort to prevent the floor from becoming drenched while ensuring our family's comfort. It would have been reasonable to expect an on-call maintenance technician to address this urgent issue promptly. Given the circumstances, we would have appreciated either a room change or a credit for enduring this inconvenience throughout the night. It is disappointing to believe that Comfort Inn would expect guests to endure such conditions, and it is also likely that the guests staying below us would not appreciate the situation either.

Looking at reviews it seemed to good to be true!! The outside is immaculate!! I booked thru 3rd party and just staying the night to recuperating from getting off a cruise ship! Early check in they charge me $20 No mention of that while booking!! The pool wasn’t clean, hair clumps and bugs!! If you don’t look, you wouldn’t know that there’s towels hidden!! The door sensor to access the pool didn’t work, went thru ladies restroom to gain access! There was a stain on couch, takes forever for hot water in the shower, the smallest essentials not enough for 2 adults!! Breakfast didn’t have enough food, by the time we got there it was depleted!! The room was packed! So I didn’t enjoy my stay!!
I didn’t like anything about this property. It was dirty the carpet in the room turned your socks black in 2 minutes. The used a sent that I’m guessing was used to cover up a bad smell throughout the hotel. It was so strong that we had to leave it was making my daughter sick to her stomach. I will say the lady that checked us in was amazing making sure we had everything we needed. However the manager of this facility is an absolute joke! When we wanted to leave the facility earlier than planned she would not work with us. She wouldn’t even return our calls. Also it’s very confusing they have 3 hotels right next to each other 2 are comfort brand so you really don’t know where you are staying. Myself and 5 others that I saw went to the wrong hotel because of the close proximity of the same brand hotel

We were very disappointed with this hotel. We booked it specifically for the shuttle to the cruise and airport. If you want that you need to be the first to chevk in. You can't book the shuttle until you check in. So the shuttles were full and we had to take an Uber which cost a lot. Staff was rude, breakfast was terrible. We contacted orbitz but they were no help. We will never stay there again.
Rooms were nice but airport shuttle doesn’t stop anywhere near baggage claim, shuttle to port was an hour late, no dining in the area and room rate was over double ordinary rates!!

In the future, please read your itinerary to avoid inconveniences; you were checked in at 8:30 am, check-in time typically is at 4:00 pm, and you weren't forced to pay an early check-in fee; our doors are all kid proof which means you need your key to access ALL AREAS OF THE BUILDING for security purposes! The towels are visible in bins folded right by the pool. Breakfast is over at 10:00 am. Sorry for your issues; take care!
