There were bugs all over my room. front desk staff was friendly about it.

I stayed at this property on May 6th for 1 night. The property was a little older but appeared to be in a fair condition. It wasn't bad. My room was clean. I didn't have anything really negative to say until the morning I was preparing to checked out. When we woke up, we noticed small ants ALL OVER the bathroom and all over our belongings in the bathroom (I took photos). I was extremely upset but I didn't make it a big deal, as we were leaving the hotel anyway. I shook out all of our belongings and carefully repacked. I wanted to avoid taking any bugs or critters home. I did not stop at the front desk because I was ride sharing to the airport with a large group of people and I didn't have the time. I did call the hotel right away on my way to the airport but I was placed on a long hold and couldn't wait any longer. I made an attempt to contact the hotel again the next morning when I arrived home but again, I was placed on a long hold. I called back a third time and asked for a manager and the line disconnected. I called back a fourth and fifth time and no one ever answered. This was the most frustrating part. I finally found a customer care number for Comfort Suites and I explained the issue to a representative. As compensation I was offered a Choice membership and 1000 points. I was told that after accumulating 8000 points, I would have enough points to book another stay. Seriously?!! NO THANK YOU!!!!! Poor customer service.

The staff was pleasant and friendly. The facility was clean and modern. They gave us free breakfast. The only bad thing was that the neighborhood was not great and we didn’t feel safe walking outside. There were people standing on the sidewalk laughing and shouting late at night under our window. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that the hotel provides a free shuttle from the airport and a free shuttle to the port of Miami cruise ship terminals!

Rooms were clean, staff was very nice, shuttle to airport was prompt. Breakfast starts at 6 so f you have an early flight, you will miss out on the breakfast.

Loved the location of the property. I wished there were more dining establishments close by. My kids loved the pool, and breakfast was more than what I expected. Nice, clean, and completely worth every penny.

Great, place loved the breakfast and shuttle! We lost a jacket and were most helpful and responsive to our inquiry.

The buttons on the heater/air conditioner seemed to have no effect. When I asked for help, I was instructed to unplug the unit. Once I did this, the unit stopped blowing cold air, and I was warm enough.

The apperiance of the bathroom looks like old fashion and dirty. No bathtub and was very difficult for the baby. Old accessories and tiles. Location near to the airport but the area is not beautiful.

Shuttle from airport and to cruise port is nice. Had to keep asking for pool towels and they would only bring out like 4 at a time.

The only thing I didn't like is the fact that the AC system was NEXT to my bed. Unless I turned OFF the AC system, I would be much cooler than I care to be. This may be an impossible issue to address but if the AC venting system could be placed a bit further away from the beds, I think it would be a lot better for your customers. Perhaps it was the layout of my room and not all the rooms have that problem!!!

I loved that they had a free shuttle from the airport and to and the port. That was a huge convienence. The room was clean and the kids loved the pool.

Did not have any lotion shampoo & soap in room, it was given to me when I went to the front desk

Loved the location of the property. I wished there were more dining establishments close by. My kids loved the pool, and breakfast was more than what I expected. Nice, clean, and completely worth every penny.
