Convenient to stay the night before a cruise. The hotel bar had no beer and ridiculously priced for mixed drinks with flat pop. Could not shower in the morning due to no hot water. When speaking to hotel staff, they stated that there may have been a water main break and that’s why there was not hot water or water pressure.. either way... we all needed showers And we’re not happy. Hotel shuttle to cruise port was fast

it's all a bit old and WELL used... they need an extreme makeover... the breakfast was nice though :)

The price. In the hotel was 417 for two nights and with you was 526 dollars. Was 100 dollars more. I didn't like that.

When we checked in, Michael was so polite and professional. He has such a great attitude, a real asset to the organization! Loved the location, close to the airport and downtown. Breakfast was good, too!

Close to airport and had a free shuttle for the airport and cruise terminal.

Can’t rate the place because we didn’t stay there. Be aware that there is a Comfort Suites and a Comfort Suites and Inn within a block of each other, using the same airport shuttle. We guessed the wrong one but it didn’t matter. When desk clerk called our hotel he was told they cancelled our reservation because they couldn’t get our credit card to work. They had our email and phone info. With rates pushing $200 you would think they could have had the courtesy to contact us. Nonetheless the other Comfort place had a room and we saved $40 over what we had reserved. The place we stayed at was OK. Friendly helpful staff and appeared to be recently renovated. Not very soundproof though, and it was obvious in the morning that the housekeeping staff enjoyed working with each other, while the family next door enjoyed time with the kids.

Like the location. Unlike the clean, poor condition!

Not enough towels and washclothd. One person alone at desk in the evening

Close to a gas station and various restaurants. Loved the beds and pillows. Elevator got stuck and would not open, the electrical socket by one of the beds would not work and there were no instructions on how to operate the clock radio.

It shows its age and it is in partial disrepair, but still in a great location
