THEY PUT ME IN A ROOM WITH NO VIEW BUT PEOPLE WHO CAME IN AFTER ME GOT BETTER ROOMS AND THEY KICK US OUT HOTEL THEY SAID THE CITY CLOSE THE HOTEL SO I HAD TO FIND ANOTHER HOTEL I TRIED CALL ORBIT WITH NO ANSWER TO GET MY MONEY REFUNDED

Nice staff, helpful. Very clean . I sure will plan to come again

The lobby and pool are really great. The rooms are a little bit disappointing.

Rooms need updating .... not very clean. Book double beds and when we got there there was no double beds left. We had to have only a king and 2 of us had to sleep on the floor. The rooms badly need updating. The pull out sofa was horrible and springs sticking out. This is the worst embassy suites I’ve ever stayed in

excellent breakfast and evening refreshments but no wash sink vanity in the bathroom

Nice staff Poor location and airport noise was so bad could not sleep all night.

I loved everything honestly! Room was more than we expected and very spacious! Staff was very friendly and helpful! Complimentary breakfast was great! Definitely recommend and will stay here again!

I had no complaints. The beds were very comfortable the rooms were clean the wait staff were excellent.

Love the Atrium ...Open space is very relaxing ...Have to say the breakfast is great...Hot plates is very appealing on my taste ....Will book again in this facility and for sure will recommend to all my friends and family.

Had a hiccup during check in. We we’re assigned a room that was already occupied Clean, spacious room and safe overall Love the convenience of the shuttle.

Check-in was a bit of a nightmare.  My party of five had to leave a cruise ship early, due to Hurricane Dorian. I booked two premium suites, and arrived after 11:00 p.m. Both suites were in the Embassy reservation system as standard accommodations. Of those two, the first room was either occupied and hosting an intense party, or was undergoing rehab. It was after midnight before everything was squared away, but Mr. Batista at the front desk was incredibly accommodating and helpful. He was tasked with rectifying someone else's mistakes, and did so professionally. As to the property itself, it is what you would expect from Embassy Suites the world over. Spacious and comfortable rooms, very well maintained, professionally staffed, nice pool and a very nice restaurant (the 305 grill). This property is only five minutes from the airport, with free shuttle transfer both ways. Awesome free breakfast and attractive grounds. This hotel is a tad smaller than some other Embassy Suites that I have stayed at, but that is not a downside. I very much enjoyed the tiny "stand-up" balcony for a breath of fresh air.I recommend the "premium" option, especially if you are driving and parking.Other than the check-in problems, this property met all my expectations. I highly recommend the Airport Embassy Suites.

Everything was great. the swimming pool was nice, the jacuzzi was nice, the food was great

The rooms look older than in the pictures. I ordered one king bed, we received two Queen beds.

The property itself is beautiful, the rooms need more updated decor like the lobby. The TV/ cable keep going out so no TV unless I pay for a movie. The swim pool was great and clean, but had to go looking for house keeping to bring clean towel. I brought a blanket from home and housekeeping toke it now I left the hotel hoping they will find it and sent it to me.

Love the happy hour!! Really appreciated the shuttle from the airport!
