The staff at the Hotel was Very nice and helpful. They went above and beyond to accommodate me! Thank you very much! The hotel is under remodel and it looks like it is going to be beautiful. The only thing is that the room was freezing and the thermostat was set at a temperature. I was cold outside that day and the heat really needed to be on. They did bring me a heater for the room.

The hotel staff would lie when you asked them questions about hotel. They were under construction and sometimes you could be sitting in the lobby or on the computers that didn’t work and could be getting hit with plaster from the workers. This is the worst embassy suites that I have stayed in. It should have been closed for renovations of a new front desk. It needed more than front desk renovations. The worst issue that I had on top of getting hit with plaster and the disgusting breakfast buffet. Was that the locks were upside down on the door. Meaning instead of when you put the card reader in the door you push the handle down. At this hotel you would put the card reader in and push the handle up to get in the door. And the hotel staff acted like that was normal.

We had a late check in paid in full the room wasn’t ready we had to wait until 1 AM then the room was dirty horrible experience

Under construction. Not enough parking. Public bathrooms were really dirty. Pried open elevator doors twice. Room was nice. Pool was dirty. Definitely time for the renovation work.

My experience was bad the first night. They then tried to accommodate me. I was not told the whole place was under renovation when o got there!!?? I was using this hotel before and after my cruise. When it gets done it should be nice. The rooms need updating too

This is a great hotel that will be better once the renovations on the common areas are finished.

room was dirty and outdated, carpet dirty and bathroom not cleaned

Room dirty, dirty Lobby, restaurant food not cooked,

I asked for a non smoking room, but was placed in a smoking room. I made this known to the guest relations, I was informed that they will rectify this, when I came back to move in to the non smoking room, I was told that it was given to other guest. The guest relations offered to move to another hotel if I can find one; since this was late at night, I could not get another hotel room even if I wanted. I been coughing since I had to spend the night in the room. I did explain to the guest relations staff that I have adverse reactions to cigarette smokes. I will have to go see my doctor for prescription cough medication.

Nice hotel, excellent breakfast and airport shuttle to and from was important to us.

It was a nice hotel. Old buildings and decor but pleasant. Breakfast is the best!!

I asked to change the credit card I had on file to my American Airlines Advantage card. The person who checked me in appeared to do that. The next morning, the person who checked me out said she would be charging my American Express account. I explained to her that that had been done the night before. She said this was not so.... Disorganized...inefficient service.

I would think that Hilton would only want their name on something a little better than this. I am a Marriott Elite member and this is what I get for breaking my loyalty for one night.

The hotel was roomy. Very spacious. Liked they had Airport shuttle but you have to be prepared to flag it down because it will pass you by. Also liked they had breakfast. For it to be a Miami hotel it was very dark and dingy looking but it's ok. Bathroom was very outdated and brown spots on ceiling. Not what I'm use to. It's ok as it was late and I wasn't vacationing there. We were headed to the cruise ships so that's my focus.

Excelente, limpio,buenísima la atención,la comodidad, excelente servicio.buena vista,amplió,

Hotel is being renovated. Common areas for breakfast and manager reception were very cramped. People sat around talking at tables when others were looking for a place to sit. Room was comfortable and clean.

Too crowded in the breakfast room. Not enough tables and chairs to accommodate people

Construction noise 8:30-6:30pm everyday. Right next to airport so planes and trains kept us up all night. Needs updating, room was outdated and old which made it feel dirty. Parking was 19 plus tax a day. Hotel in an impossible location to get to with google maps and Miami traffic. There was free breakfast which was cool, but that's about the only good thing.

Carpet in room was wet and smelly. They did change my room after I complained. Rooms do not smell fresh.

The hotel was overall excellent, but our room was very noisy from the airplanes.Didnt get any sleep.
