Service was terrible over charged my card $517 ran out of towels and bed linens terrible experience would not recommend to my enemy

The staff was rude and the property was dirty. I had to move rooms because the first one they gave me smelled like smoke and dirty mop. The second room was better. Breakfast was awful. The food was fine, but the staff was rude and all the tables were dirty. They only had one person trying to clean the whole thing. I can’t believe this is a Hilton property. It was terrible. I wouldn’t stay there again for free

I love the way the inside of the lobby’s hotel looked . The natural lighting was great.

The digital key in my room doesn’t work. When my family arrived, I have to go down to front desk several times, have to get a key card. The light fixture doesn’t work. No exhaust in the bathroom. I like the main lobby which is very open and breakfast as well.

The hotel was nice the front desk staff well two of them was rude and had a attitude when asked for towels and and sheets for the pull out bed on third shift. The check in process was very long and slow. But otherwise It would of been a nice hotel

Embassy Suites at Miami International Airport and Orbitz committed fraud by billing me $437.26 for two rooms, but then failing to honor the reservation. We were turned away and to date have been denied a refund.

The complementary breakfast was awesome.

Very comfortable and very safe for the family

I reserved a room in the hotel mainly because of the free airport shuttle service. Upon arriving at MIA, I learned that I had to call the shuttle for pick-up; BUT no one answered the hotel phone (not the front staff, manager nor shuttle extensions). So, I had to pay Uber XLT to shuttle my family to a hotel that "supposedly" offered the service for free! A clear example of FALSE advertising...

The best experience

Need a renovation

Close to airport and highway to go anywhere however; when we got there several police there and lots of people outside they were screaming and yelling at each other, inside the hotel some masked some not kind of disrespectful when mask required sign and I heard security ask them to mask but no one care. We stay 3nights, next door have very loud rap music until 3a.m and we can hear loud talking laughing etc. The hotel told us they are not clean the room every day only on day 2 and that is okay for us but day 2 we are expected to have new towels etc but none and good luck call front desk they never pick up the phone! Not pleasant at all for us.

For starters we had No hot water, the parking lot had lots of trash thrown everywhere people running in and out of lobby all times of the night. There were people walking in robes in the parking lot at 4am just weird. I would never go back.

Always like staying at the Embassy, but for what we pay for the rooms, the parking should be free. Or at least cheaper.

Embassy Suites is usually a trusted brand and I’ve always enjoyed the hotels. This one had some challenges - my room smelled like smoke so I changed to a different room, however the 2nd room also smelled like smoke. The toilet stopped working. Internet didn’t work. It was just a 1-night stay and these things I can deal with but it was surprising because of my past great experiences with Embassy Suites.
