I chose this hotel for a one night stay before my cruise. I chose this hotel out of hundreds because it was a suite for a great price, and pictures looked nice. I arrived slightly early from the airport, waited on line for 30 minutes and was advised that the room was not ready and to come back when I receive a text to check in. It was also at this point that I was told that there are free shuttles every 30 minutes to the cruise port, only to find out later that this was information to the airport, not the cruise port. I went to eat lunch with my family in your restaurant when I received a text to come to the check in counter. Well, there were only 2 people working at check in and a tremendous line, which was not moving. I asked a staff member who was walking by what was going on and that I already waited 30 minutes on a line a couple of hours ago and now I’m waiting another 30 minutes and the line wasn’t even moving. She was so rude and said you have to wait to check in and advised me that one of the workers at check in just started today. He had no idea what he was doing and the one trying to help him was the only other person working at check in. When I finally entered my room, there was a note by the tv saying this was a pet friendly room. For someone that does not have pets, the last thing I want is to be in a hotel room that allows pets. That’s disgusting and it smelled in there. I am not able to write anymore, but there were more concerns.

Room very big but is time for renovate baths, breakfast absolutely great, parking paid for guest NOT GOOD!

Nice breakfast. The check in process was very complicated. The check out was nice.

During our stay they never cleaned the room, never changed the towels and never picked up the trash. On several occasions I requested towel and the hotel had no towels available. I also asked for sheets and they never brought them. Trash in the hallways and they do not have COVID protocol. The breakfasts were good but there was nowhere to sit for breakfast as they did not have staff to clean the tables quickly. The treatment was lousy. If you want to go to the beach they don't lend you towels. For me it was a bad experience in all aspects. I paid very expensive for what the hotel really offers.

Great food and drinks Rooms need an upgrade very outdated with lots of plumbing issues

We reserved 4 rooms with 2 double beds each. When we arrived late at night we were informed because we went through a third party, Orbitz, that those rooms were gone and we got what was left over. We had families of six people in each room, and were given king rooms instead. I didn’t realize that going through Orbitz we would be treated this way. Also after our cruise we had reservations again at this hotel. We arrived at 1:00, again with a large family group of 21 people 13 of those being children, and again because we went through Orbitz was given lowest priority and waited until 4:00 for our rooms to be cleaned. The hotel is right under flight path and right next to a train station so it was loud. Also there was a boxing match at this time in the area. People arrived at 1:00 am and were VERY loud in the inside area, and woke us all up. When I mentioned this when we checked out the girl at the front desk said she arrived at work and it was really loud. I don’t know why they didn’t ask them to be quiet for all the other guests sleeping. Also 2 elevators didn’t work so we were always waiting long periods to get up and down. For the money we paid we were disappointed in the service and facility, older run down rooms, and treatment especially being a Hilton property. We have stayed at Embassy Suites before. The breakfast was good and the gentleman taking us back and forth to the airport was very friendly.

Great location walking distance to a lot of restaurants bars Bayside marketplace easy to get around close to the water close to the cruise terminal great place

Horrible experience

Smooth and fast registration. Very nice facility.

When you walk in the lobby it looks beautiful. I get to the front desk and they canceled my room without notification. They said they had one room available, they were going to go check on it, which was odd. My room was terrible. The floors were soaking wet. They knew something was wrong with that room. I laid my suitcase down not knowing and it got ruined along with the clothes inside. I complained at the front desk which they couldn’t do anything about it since they overbooked all the rooms. What a nightmare. Room was very outdated. Smelled like mildew.

We always enjoy Embassy Suites anytime we have to fly in and out of somewhere.

Typical Embassy Suites, nice for a one night stay.

Had 3 of 5 elevators out of operation. Great breakfast as always, thankfully. Staff could not locate luggage carts to help move in/out. Need to make them trackable when bad customers hold the carts.

Good service Great breakfast and bar courtesy

Very friendly staff. clean hotel, Not much to do around here.Very close to the airport.

One of our rooms was not clean. The bathroom smelled like urine.

Too much airport noise, and right next to railroad tracks. Will not use this property again (also paying for internet EXTRA is a joke!)

The room was filthy. There was hair around the sink. There was a vacuum filter thrown under bed and this is a pet friendly hotel but no one seems to properly clean it before someone else checks in because my room had poop in it!.. gross. Also the refrigerator was broken and when I called for help with it they changed it w new one and then changed it again when I was out of the room and left all my food out on the counter to spoil.

Thank you for your review and feedback. We are happy to see that you loved our complimentary breakfast and that you enjoyed the spacious rooms. We try to keep the parking rates as low as possible compared to other hotels in Miami, being such a bug city parking is on high demand.
