Loved the room! Clean and comfortable! Plenty of space for me and my sons. The front desk staff ( a job that I’ve done in a major hotel) was less than desired. Maybe they were tired but I sensed (and so did my sons who were behind me) a bit of a negative “attitude “ when explaining our request for early check in. I didn’t know the rules but I felt like they didn’t really care about my situation. The app kept saying 15-20 minutes. We were able to check in at 11:15 or so after arriving at 9am. Understood that rooms weren’t ready but her tone was not optimal. Even the second representative was equally less thank friendly. The person who checked us in was excellent. Appreciative of how kind she was toward us.

Clean, comfortable hotel very close to the airport. They have a free shuttle from the airport. There are several restaurants not far from the hotel and they also have a shuttle to the restaurants. It was very helpful that they had a list of restaurants that were walking and driving distance. Rooms were large. The breakfast says made to order but it was a buffet.

Good was the breakfast and their restaurant. Also the bed was comfortable. Everything else was terrible. Starting with airport shuttle. Took forever. When I texted them asking where it was they kept sending me link to show shuttle location but it just showed shuttle out of service. Next waited forever to check in. Between the shuttle and Checkin we were 1 min late for manager’s reception -too bad. They didn’t care how long it took and they didn’t care that you knew they didn’t care. By the way they usually don’t answer any of their phone lines which was a real nuisance when it came to how much was off or not working. Safe to towels, no towels at pool, jacuzzi jets not working for days. Garbage left on the elevator floor for days. We were on the 10th floor looking down the runway and the jet takeoff noise was HUGE. The manager knew all this but never contacted us. 3 day of frustration. Glad to leave. Use to stay at embassy suites all the time, no more. Their quality has slipped but their prices went higher. Will stay at a more quality hotel and just buy a good breakfast.

The staff kept following my family asking did we have a room here. When I asked the front desk why they did that I was told They have a lot of people come to the hotel to eat breakfast and access the pool who don’t have rooms here. I told her it was confrontational for them to do that and all she said was she understands. A staff member also confronted my 11 year old when he was leaving the pool to go inside and asked if he had a key. With all the human trafficking going on in the world today no one should be confronting children in this manner.

The front desk attendant seemed upset to have to check me in. She didn't make eye contact or smile...not even once. I reserved a king suite but was told those weren't available. What's the point of the reservation? $25 self parking cost when you're staying at the property is pretty ridiculous. Bartender is super pleasant and the bar was pretty lively.
